Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour l'authentification de rapports de comptabilisation d'affranchissement. Method and device for authenticating postage accounting reports. Postage accounting report data is authenticated by first performing an assembly (step 320) of authentication mark data from the postage accounting report data, then encryption (step 330) of the resulting information in order to constitute an authentication benchmark. A physical representation of this authentication mark is then affixed (step 360) on the postage accounting report generated by a postage accounting report system. The postage accounting report can then be authenticated by communicating the authentication mark to a responsible person (for example a postal authority or a manufacturer) in order to decrypt the authentication mark and to authenticate the report data. postage accounting using decrypted information.
