Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for hydrodynamic devouring, for preferably binding agent-free solidification of the fibers of a fiber web made of natural and / or artificial fibers of any kind, in which the fibers of the fibrous web by means of a large number of liquid jets flowing under one another under high pressure are devoured, whereby the fibers are optimally devoured the fiber web of the top and bottom a larger number of water jets not only one after the other, but several times meet each other on the fiber web and the fiber web is guided in a meandering manner.
- a method of this kind is e.g. B. from US-PS 3,485,706, Fig. 40, or from Paperback for the textile industry "1991, publishing house Schiele & Schön GmbH, Berlin, pages 416 - 440, especially picture 6 on page 423. From this essay by Dr. J. Hendler it is clear that the result of the hydrodynamic consolidation It depends on the number of processing changes, that is, on the mutual exposure to the water jets. Various devices are possible to implement this principle of multi-stage needling.
- the meandering web guide is essential so that the other side of the fiber web is the new upper side, which is then the water jets If several needling drums are to be arranged in a line next to one another and the needling nozzle bars are to be assigned to the top of the drums, then an expensive web guide for meandering guidance of the fiber web is necessary. It is better if the drums are meandering from the fiber web immediately behind are looped around and the needling nozzle bars are assigned once to the top and then to the bottom of the respective drum.
- the fibrous web is very easily stretchable in the longitudinal direction before the final consolidation. Because the hydrodynamic needling on a water-permeable belt or such a drum can also be used to drain the water must, the fiber web is pressed into the structure of the belt or the like. At the Transfer of the fibrous web from one drum to the next therefore arises Longitudinal train, which leads to a distortion in the fiber web. This disadvantage is also present if you have the release process by compressed air from the discharge drum or supports suction from the take-over drum.
- the drums have to in addition, when the very thin fleece is handed over very closely to one another be arranged, that is, have and maintain precise rotational accuracy. The Manufacturing such drums is very expensive and it is not certain that the concentricity remains unchanged for the duration of use.
- the object of the invention is to develop a method and a device, with which a fibrous web can be needled with water during treatment is not exposed to a longitudinal train, i.e. produced without warpage, needled with water can be.
- a device for hydrodynamic entanglement for preferably binder-free consolidation of the fibers of a fiber web known from natural and / or artificial fibers of any kind in which several nozzle bars extend in succession across the width of the fiber web, from their nozzle holes directed against the fiber web for interlacing the beams Fibers a liquid flows out under high pressure against the fibrous web, whereby optimal entanglement of the fibers of the fiber web on the top and bottom not just several nozzle bars in a row, but several times alternately Fiber web are assigned by several device units of a needling device arranged in the production direction and the fiber web meandering on both sides exposed to the fluid jets.
- Needling a fiber web lying on a wire belt is more effective because the drum because the possibly diverse material for the production of the drum shell structure brings more resistance to the liquid jet. Besides, can below an endless belt, this is more effective when needling the fiber web Fiber web penetrating water is removed and during predrying at the end of the needling be sucked off. Of course, the energy side must also be taken into account because the greater resistance on a drum is to achieve the same Overcome results with greater energy. Depending on which version of the Support area of the fibrous web may be desired for other reasons Solution of the task according to the invention is possible in any case. Either all takeover rollers are wrapped in an endless belt or only partially.
- the needling drums are in each case in the exemplary embodiments or only the takeover drums are arranged one above the other and from same diameter.
- Other versions may be more advantageous.
- running in all embodiments in the direction of arrow 1 that of a not shown Carding machine coming fiber web 2 stretched on the four deflection rollers 3 guided endless belt 4.
- At the end of the upper run there is a takeover roller above 5 arranged, which are not only arranged tangentially to the endless belt 4, but immersed in the plane of the tensioned endless belt 4. This is ensures a safe, distortion-free transfer of the fiber web.
- the transfer roller 5 is also from an endless belt 8 entwined, the underside of which voluminously arriving on the tape 4 fleece slowly squeezing together and into the transfer gap on the nozzle bar 6 leads.
- the takeover roller 5 is wrapped in the endless belt 8, the Mainly ensures the transport from the takeover roller 5 to the following roller.
- This roller is also wrapped in an endless belt 10, the Roll not only a deflection roller for the endless belt, but also the transfer roller at the same time 9 is.
- This takeover roller 9 is also immersed in the tensioned Endless belt 8 so that the transfer of the fiber web 2 now to the second on the other Page needling can be carried out without distortion.
- the transfer roller 9 is pressed against the endless belt 4, it dips into volume 2 for easy deflection of the same.
- the arrow 11 is intended to support the detachment process of the fiber web 2 from the belt 4 Compressed air and the arrow 12 support the takeover of the fiber web 2 on the Represent endless belt 10 by suction generated there. This applies to the same arrows the other takeover points accordingly.
- the second needling on the takeover roller 9 is now carried out alternately the associated nozzle bar 13, of which only two are shown here. Other Versions are possible.
- the takeover roller 14 with the Nozzle bar 15 and the takeover roller 17 are arranged.
- Each of the takeover rollers 14, 17 is wrapped by an endless belt 16 or 18, so that the desired direct, slip-free transfer of the fiber web 2 by immersing the respective transfer roller can take place in the level of the assigned endless belt.
- the handover can be supported by compressed air 11 and / or suction 12.
- the fourth needling with the nozzle bar 20 is not on the takeover roller 17 performed, but on the endless belt 18 with subsequent high-performance suction 19 to the finished needled fiber web 2 as dry as possible in the bring the following dryer, not shown.
- FIG. 3 shows a version of the needling, which is not only done in three stages here, but the goods are managed from above down and the second transfer roller 9 'is not wrapped in an endless belt.
- This band which is still necessary in the example according to FIG. 1, can be omitted here, since the takeover roller 9 'both in the plane of the endless belt 4 and in the of the endless belt 18 immersed.
- FIG. 4 shows the version of FIG. 4, in which the takeover roller 9 'for four-stage needling the takeover roller 14 with the Endless belt 16 connects, which then as in Fig. 1 had the final endless belt 18 with the needles on the tape follows.
- FIG. 6 represents a version in which only less energy will be used for needling because the needling stations essentially are provided on the endless belts.
- Fig. 1 runs the fiber web 2 only over the endless belt 4 to the takeover roller 5, where the first needling with the nozzle bars 7 takes place.
- the fiber web runs starting at the takeover roller 9 only on the underside of the one extending to the right Endless belt 10 ' is then deflected upwards and by means of the nozzle bar 13 needled on the tape 10 '.
- the endless belt 10 ' also extends to the left, where it affects the takeover roller 14 or this in the plane of the endless belt 10 'immersed.
- This roller 14 also wraps around an endless belt on both sides 16 ', on the lower run of which it is first led upwards again to the Band 16 'above assigned nozzle bar 15. The final needling then again takes place as in FIG. 1 on the belt 18.
- the web guide in FIG. 7 runs from bottom to top, but at this embodiment for needling only endless belts 4, 8 ', 10' and 18th provided that carry the fibrous web 2 and on which each needled alternately becomes.
- the upper run of the respective endless belt 4, 8 ', 10' and 18 is horizontal aligned so that the nozzle bars 7 ', 23, 13 and 20 from top to bottom, ie z. B. are effective vertically downwards.
- the ones arranged in parallel one above the other Endless belts 8 ', 10' and 18 each advance horizontally in the transport direction.
- Below a suction channel 25 is arranged in each case of the nozzle bar.
- the takeover rollers 5, which are respectively assigned tangentially to the endless belts 4, 8 ', 10', 9, 14 are permeable to air, although there is no needling on them takes place as partially in the previous embodiments 1-5.
- This too Forming continuous belt deflection rollers perforated, as in the embodiment 2 the advantage that the takeover of the fibrous web 2 with supporting air from nozzles 11 and / or a suction from the takeover roller 5, 9, 14 influenced can be. Water can also flow out of the nozzles 11 against the fiber web 2 endless belt can be sprayed. In such a case, a Perforation of the takeover roller can be dispensed with.
- the web guide is according to arrow 1 from the bottom up.
- this can also be done from top to bottom the entire device take place, in which case the effect of Air 11 and suction nozzles 12, as in FIGS. 3-5, must run in reverse.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for hydrodynamic devouring, for preferably binding agent-free solidification of the fibers of a fiber web made of natural and / or artificial fibers of any kind, in which the fibers of the fibrous web by means of a large number of liquid jets flowing under one another under high pressure are devoured, whereby the fibers are optimally devoured the fiber web of the top and bottom a larger number of water jets not only one after the other, but several times meet each other on the fiber web and the fiber web is guided in a meandering manner.
A method of this kind is e.g. B. from US-PS 3,485,706, Fig. 40, or from Paperback for the textile industry "1991, publishing house Schiele & Schön GmbH, Berlin, pages 416 - 440, especially
The fibrous web is very easily stretchable in the longitudinal direction before the final consolidation. The drums have to in addition, when the very thin fleece is handed over very closely to one another be arranged, that is, have and maintain precise rotational accuracy. The Manufacturing such drums is very expensive and it is not certain that the concentricity remains unchanged for the duration of use.
The object of the invention is to develop a method and a device, with which a fibrous web can be needled with water during treatment is not exposed to a longitudinal train, i.e. produced without warpage, needled with water can be.
Starting from the procedure mentioned at the beginning, the solution to the task seen in the fact that the fibrous web during transport under the impinging Liquid jets and interlocking when changing the processing surface supported without stretching. This is advantageously possible if the Change of the contact surface of the fiber web with an endless belt is supported and supported.
Just as with the method, there is also a device for hydrodynamic entanglement, for preferably binder-free consolidation of the fibers of a fiber web known from natural and / or artificial fibers of any kind in which several nozzle bars extend in succession across the width of the fiber web, from their nozzle holes directed against the fiber web for interlacing the beams Fibers a liquid flows out under high pressure against the fibrous web, whereby optimal entanglement of the fibers of the fiber web on the top and bottom not just several nozzle bars in a row, but several times alternately Fiber web are assigned by several device units of a needling device arranged in the production direction and the fiber web meandering on both sides exposed to the fluid jets. To the posed The task to be solved is now the fibrous web during transport through the device units and continuously between the individual device units positive and in any case when changing the processing side in any case one side supported without stretch. A warping of the fiber web during the handover from one tape to the next drum or tape is not more is possible.
If you need to knit each other several times, of course several need to Direction of transport of the material web arranged endless belts or Drums can be arranged. It is then advantageous if the respective endless belt a deflecting roller of the following endless belt, which is synchronized at this point directly assigned and this deflection roller is designed as a takeover roller. The takeover roller should then be assigned tangentially to the upstream endless belt, Better still be pressed against the upstream endless belt so that it can be Plunged level of the tensioned endless belt. If now the transfer of Compressed air and / or suction from the endless belt or drum is supported here is definitely a problem-free transport of the fiber web the entire needling device is guaranteed.
Needling a fiber web lying on a wire belt is more effective because the drum because the possibly diverse material for the production of the drum shell structure brings more resistance to the liquid jet.
The only requirement is that the transfer to the next transport organ supports he follows.
Fig. 1 lediglich genäßt.
For the sake of clarity, the needling drums are in each case in the exemplary embodiments
or only the takeover drums are arranged one above the other and from
same diameter. Other versions may be more advantageous. Anyway running

The first needling now takes place on the
For the arrangement of the

The second needling on the
Vernadelung mit den Balken 20 und der Absaugung 19.The other examples are partially the same as in FIG. 1, in this case they are the same

which is not only done in three stages here, but the goods are managed from above

This band, which is still necessary in the example according to FIG. 1, can be omitted here,
since the takeover roller 9 'both in the plane of the
The embodiment of FIG. 6 represents a version in which only less energy
will be used for needling because the needling stations essentially
are provided on the endless belts. Just like the example below
Fig. 1 runs the
Unterhalb
der Düsenbalken ist jeweils ein Absaugkanal 25 angeordnet.Likewise, the web guide in FIG. 7 runs from bottom to top, but at
this embodiment for needling only
The
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 7, the web guide is according to
