Auftragsvorrichtung für Toilettenwasser, Parfüm und dergleichen hochviskose und flüchtige Flüssigkeiten, umfassend ein Gehäuse (1) mit einem Reservoir (5) für das Toilettenwasser, ein mit diesem Reservoir in Verbindung stehendes Kapillarelement (6), das dicht beabstandete Flanschabschnitte (7, 8) längs eines sich axial erstreckenden Flanschträgers (13) aufweist, wobei sich wenigstens eine Nut (9) in Achsrichtung durch die Flanschabschnitte (7, 8) erstreckt, und eine Kugel (2), die im Vorderende des Gehäuses drehbar in einer konkaven Aufnahmefläche gehalten ist, wobei die konkave Aufnahmefläche (18) für die Kugel (2) in einem Docht (11) aus einem porösen keramischen Material ausgebildet ist und der Docht (11) in eine axiale Bohrung (17) des Kapillarelementes (6) eingesetzt ist, wobei in der Wand der Bohrung (17) eine Verbindungsöffnung (16) zu der Nut (9) und/oder zu den Kapillarkammern (7A) zwischen den Flanschabschnitten (7) ausgebildet ist.
