Claims (10)
- Schallschluckende Bauplatte zur Verkleidung von Innenraumwänden und -decken, insbesondere Deckenplatte, bestehend aus einer im Abstand von einer Wand anzuord-nenden Tragplatte und einer zumindest die eine Seite der Tragplatte bedeckenden schallschluckenden Schicht, wobei die schallschluckende Schicht aus einer zumindest die Sichtseite der Bauplatte bildenden, mit der Tragplatte fest verbundenen mikroporösen Schicht besteht, wobei die schallschluckende Schicht aus Körnern aufgebaut ist, die allseitig von einer Klebeschicht umgeben sind, daß die Körner im wesentlichen kugelförmig ausgebildet sind und im wesentlichen punktförmig miteinander und mit der Tragplatte verklebt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte aus gelochtem Metallblech ist und daß der Durchmesser der Körner zwischen dem 0,1 bis 0,9-fachen des Lochdurchmessers in der Tragplatte liegt.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Körner einen Durchmesser von 0,5 bis 1 mm bei einem Lochdurchmesser in der Tragplatte von 1,5 mm aufweisen.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Körner in der Schicht um maximal ± 25 % voneinander abweichen.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebeschicht aus Wasserglas besteht.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebeschicht aus pulverförmigem Wasserglas besteht, das nach dem Aufbringen der Schallschluckschicht mit Wasser aktivierbar ist.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Klebeschicht klein gegenüber dem Durchmesser der Körner ist.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gelochte Tragplatte vor dem Aufbringen der Körner mit einer Klebeschicht versehen ist.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Körner aus Glaskugeln bestehen.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glaskugeln porös sind.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schallschluckende Schicht mit einer porösen Lackschicht bedeckt ist.
