Claims (11)
- Haftetikett zum Aufbringen auf eine Umfangsfläche einer Trockenzellenbatterie (50), umfassend:eine gereckte, schrumpfbare, transparente Deckfolie (3), insbesondere eine Deckfolie (3), die die einzige Folienschicht des Haftetiketts (1) bildet,einen unmittelbar auf die insbesondere haftvermittelnd vorbehandelte oder insbesondere mit einer haftvermittelnden Primerschicht (3a) versehene Unterseite der Deckfolie (3) aufgetragenen, von der Oberseite des Haftetiketts (1) her sichtbaren Aufdruck (5) undeine unter dem Aufdruck (5) befindliche Haftkleberschicht (13),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Aufdruck (5) und soweit vorhanden auf vom Aufdruck (5) freien Teilflächen der Deckfolie (3) eine mechanische Spannungen in dem Haftetikett (1) aufnehmende, flexible Kaschierschicht (21; 21a) aufgetragen ist und auf dieser eine härtere Lackschicht (22; 21b) liegt, die eine Barriere gegen die Einwanderung von Lösungsmittel der Haftkleberschicht (13) oder von auf der Batterie (50) vorhandenem Elektrolyt in den Aufdruck (5) bildet. - Haftetikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Lackschicht (22; 21b) eine Metallschicht (7) aufgesputtert oder aufgedampft ist.
- Haftetikett nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallschicht (7) unterseitig die Haftkleberschicht (13) trägt.
- Haftetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kaschierschicht (21) und die Lackschicht (22) separat aufgetragene Schichten sind.
- Haftetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kaschierschicht (21; 21a) und die Lackschicht (22; 21b) gleiche Bestandteile aufweisen.
- Haftetikett nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kaschierschicht (21a) und die Lackschicht (21b) als eine gemeinsame Schicht auf den Aufdruck (5) aufgetragen sind und nach Auftragung der Schicht diese auf ihrer von dem Aufdruck (5) fernen Seite unter Bildung der Lackschicht (21 b) stärker ausgehärtet ist als auf ihrer die Kaschierschichht (21a) bildenden, dem Aufdruck (5) aufliegenden Seite.
- Haftetikett nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Barriereschicht durch eine chemische Reaktion insbesondere von Binder und Härterbestandteilen, Bestrahlung oder/und Ausdünstung von Lösungsmitteln, ausgehärtet ist.
- Haftetikett nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine von oben durch den Aufdruck (5) hindurch sichtbare Schicht gefärbt ist.
- Haftetikett nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufdruck (5) auf die Deckfolie (3) in Druckfarben eines auf organischen Lösungsmitteln beruhenden Druckfarbensystems oder eines lösungsmittelfreien photokatalytischem Druckfarbensystems im spiegelbildlichen Konterdruck aufgedruckt ist.
- Haftetikett nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckfolie (3) aus orientiertem Hart-PVC, Polypropylen, Polystyrol, Polyamid, insbesondere einer Dicke von 20 bis 70 Mikrometer, oder aus Polyethylenterephthalat, oder Polycarbonat, insbesondere einer Dicke von 10 bis 60 Mikrometer, gebildet ist.
- Trockenzellenbatterie mit einem Haftetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
