Claims (6)
- Gehäuse einer horizontalen Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge mit einer sich nahezu über die gesamte Gehäuselänge erstreckenden Montageöffnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montageöffnung (2) im unteren Bereich des Außengehäuses (1) und für eine rohrförmige Innenschale (3) vorgesehen ist, die mit radial zur Rotationsachse (26) der Schneckenzentrifuge sich erstreckenden Anschlüssen (4,5) für den Austrag von Feststoffen und von Flüssigkeiten versehen und stirnseitig im Außengehäuse (1) festlegbar ist, und daß das Außengehäuse (1) stirnseitige Öffnungen (13,14) aufweist, durch die ein Rotor (15) und ein Getriebe (18) in den Innenraum der rohrförmigen Innenschale (3) einführbar sind.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rohrförmige Innenschale (3) mit einer Stirnseite des Außengehäuses (1) verschraubt ist und sich an der gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite an einem Innenring (9) abstützt, der mit der zugeordneten Stirnseite des Außengehäuses (1) verschraubt ist.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlüsse (4,5) für den Austrag von Feststoffen und Flüssigkeiten oberhalb der horizontalen Mittelebene (21) durch die rohrförmige Innenschale (3) begrenzt sind und von der Mittelebene (21) nach unten in Richtung der Montageöffnung (2) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen und durch Stirnwände (22,23,24) begrenzt sind, die mit einer Öffnung versehen sind, durch die sich der Rotor (15) erstreckt.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlüsse (4,5) für den Austrag von Feststoffen und Flüssigkeiten sich nach unten über die Ebene der unteren Montageöffnung (2) hinaus erstrecken.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Außengehäuse (1) als selbsttragendes Gußgehäuse ausgebildet, einstückig gefertigt ist und stirnseitige, durch Lagerdeckel (19,20) verschließbare Öffnungen (13,14) aufweist.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montageöffnung (2) durch schalldichte Platten (25) verschließbar ist.
