Abstract

An electric power tool (1) is adapted to drive screws by having a driving bit in the chuck within a hollow extension (3) removably fitted (5) to the tool housing (2) and having an axially adjustable end (8). The side wall has a slot (6) with an enlargement (7) at the remote end.
