Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Regeln der Schmierung, vorzugsweise bei Verbrennungsmotoren und eine Anordnung zum Regeln gemäß dem Verfahren, entsprechend dem Oberbegriffen des Haupt- und NebenanspruchesThe invention relates to a method for regulating the lubrication, preferably at Internal combustion engines and a control arrangement according to the method, according to the preamble of the main and secondary claim
A generic method for regulating the lubrication on the basis of operating parameters of an internal combustion engine is known by the document DE-P 753 580. The amount of lubricant, preferably for the cylinder lubrication of an internal combustion engine, is dimensioned and supplied depending on the operating state of the internal combustion engine. This is made possible by the following structure:
A centrifugal governor and the control rod of an injection pump, with the interposition of a lever system, form the actuator for a quantity-adjustable lubricant pump that is driven by the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine.
The result is a quantity of lubricant which is dependent on the quantity of fuel injected and the speed of the internal combustion engine and which is conveyed by the lubricant pump to the lubrication circuit of the internal combustion engine.
erreicht. A similar arrangement is known from the document DE 36 37 031 A1 for diesel engines for the propulsion of ships. The oil pump is adjusted depending on the load, so that it guarantees sufficient lubrication at all lubrication points both at the rated speed or output and in the partial load range of the engine.
The invention is based on the one hand the task of creating a generic method for regulating the lubrication and on the other hand an arrangement for regulating according to the method. Input data that are present in or arise in the engine control unit and special functional data of the lubrication state as influencing variables are intended to ensure a safe lubrication state. According to the invention, this is achieved by a method and an arrangement with the respective features of the characterizing part of the main and secondary claims.
The arrangement according to the invention comprises a control circuit for the lubricant pump with a characteristic diagram for setpoint-dependent pressure values of the lubricant for one or more selected measuring points in the lubrication circuit. Depending on the operating state of the engine, setpoint pressure values of the lubricant can be called up from this map. A downstream unit, which receives the signals of the respective target pressure value and the current actual pressure of one of the selected measuring points of the lubrication circuit, forms a signal of the control deviation for a control device. This sets the effective direction of the actuator, which regulates the delivery rate of the lubricant pump, in accordance with the signal of the control deviation.
In the map, direct and indirect influences on the lubrication can be taken into account in all operating conditions of an engine for the quantity control of the lubrication pump. Details of the method and configurations of the arrangement according to the subclaims are explained in connection with the distributions achieved in the description.

Fig.1 zeigt einen Druekregelkreis 2, z.
Solldruckwerte psw an
1 shows a
The associated
When comparing the read target pressure value p sw and the actual pressure p i at the selected measuring point M of the lubrication circuit SK, a control deviation RA is determined in a
