Abstract

Sole (1) is made of plastic material and has a flexible interior sole (3) made of rubber stuck on top. The second sole is as big as the foot and is drilled with micro-holes (6) passing through its whole thickness. An Independent claim is also included for the use of this sole for children shoes.

Description

The present invention consists of a sole for plastic shoes, specially adapted for children's shoes and designed to be particularly convenient and economical.

The use of soles for plastic shoes flexible has long been established, especially in the case of children's shoes that require particularly sturdy soles and wear resistant.

However, the degree of flexibility of the material generally used for the manufacture of the aforementioned soles is not always sufficient to ensure optimal well-being for the foot. We then have tried to remedy it by applying to the front part of the sole a small soft latex sole. This very flexible material makes the comfortable and comfortable walking as long as it provides support soft and not bothersome to the sole of the foot. However, it cannot be applied only on very limited areas of the sole because it does not can be glued to other elements of the shoe, for example the upper. It is therefore necessary to provide species of lateral bleachers wide on which the foot rests laterally and which are made in the same material as the sole in order to stick the rest of the shoe. Obviously, the above-mentioned problem remains unsolved in regarding these bleachers.

These and other disadvantages are brilliantly remedied by the present invention consisting of a sole for shoes made of flexible plastic material which carries inside a small sole of flexible material, characterized in that said flexible material is of the microporous gum and that said small sole has an extension substantially equal to that of the entire sole of the foot.

Said small sole may possibly have a series of micro-holes traversing its entire thickness, suitable for leaving pass air, to keep the foot constantly ventilated during movement.

The present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:

The sole 1 of the present invention consists of the sole 2 proper in flexible plastic material and a small sole 3. The sole 2 contains, inside, a bearing surface 4 with a stepped edge 5, said bearing surface 4 and said edge being configured so as to accommodate exactly the small sole 3.

The small sole 3 is made of microporous rubber and is traversed in its thickness by a plurality of through micro-holes 6. It is configured so as to be able to adapt substantially to the entire sole of the wearer's foot.

When you want to assemble the shoe, the small sole 3 is inserted on the bearing surface 4 of sole 2, thus making the sole 1 (Figure 1). At this point, you can proceed the gluing of the vamp and of the possible sole. Thanks to the use microporous gum for the small sole 3, the upper can also be glued at least partially on the small sole 3. From this way, we got to be able to significantly reduce the dimensions of the stepped edge 5 relative to those of the stepped edges of the surfaces support for soles currently on the market.

It is obvious that the present invention makes it possible to arrive at greater convenience when walking since any, or practically all, the sole of the foot rests on the small sole 3 in flexible material. On the other hand, it was not possible to obtain previously a similar effect, since we used flexible materials that could not be glued with the upper. The use of these materials, as we saw above, also allowed reduce the dimensions of the stepped edge 5, further increasing the support surface of the foot on the flexible part and, consequently, the convenience when walking.

By performing on the area of the small sole 3 the through holes 6, we create an air circulation in the foot area, and we thus obtains a further advantage insofar as this allows a healthier walking with markedly reduced sweating of the foot. The microporous gum is particularly suitable for being perforated without suffer lacerations or other damage.

Claims (4)

Sole (1) for plastic shoes flexible which carries inside a small sole (3) of flexible material, characterized in that said flexible material is gum microporous and that said small sole (3) has an extension substantially equal to that of the entire sole of the foot. Sole (1) according to claim 1, wherein said small sole (3) has a series of through-holes (6) all its thickness, able to let air pass. Sole (1) according to claim 1 and 2, in which said small sole (3) is glued at least in part to the upper. Use of a small sole according to claim 1 to 3 for the production of children's shoes.
