Erfindungsgemäß wurde die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß ein Anschlußteil einer
Atemschutzmaske entwickelt wurde, daß direkt in der Sichtscheibe angeordnet
ist, wobei ein klammerförmiges Verschlußelement auf dem Scheibenrand der
Sichtscheibe einer Atemschutzmaske aufliegend so angeordnet ist, daß die
Klemmelemente des Verschlußelementes in die Aufnahmeelemente des Anschlußstückes
federnd eingreifen, am Anschlußstück Halteelemente als Gegenhalterung
für das Verschlußelement angeordnet sind und ein Befestigungselement
auf dem Scheibenrand der Sichtscheibe aufliegend angeordnet ist.
Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist eine leichte Montage und Demontage des
Anschlußteiles möglich und es wird eine hohe Sicherheit für den Maskenträger im
Einsatz gewährleistet, da die Kraftaufnahme für die Anschlußteile, z.B. einem
Filteranschluß in mindestens drei Punkten erfolgt.
Das erfindungsgemäße Anschlußteil einer Atemschutzmaske ist durch die Ausführung
des Verschlußelementes eine besonders platzsparende Lösung mit leichten,
handhabungsfreundlichen, kurzen Montagewegen und direktem, kurzem
Kraftfluß.
Kostenaufwendige Durchbrüche in der Sichtscheibe oder im Sichtscheibenrand

Bei der Montage des erfindungsgemäßen Anschlußteils wird das Anschlußstück 2
von innen so durch eine Sichtscheibenöffnung gesteckt, daß das Befestigungselement
11 in eine Nut 12 des Scheibenrandes angeordnet wird und die Auflagefläche
15 am Scheibenrand 16 anliegt. Anschließend wird das
Verschlußelement 1 von außerhalb der Sichtscheibe so aufgesetzt, daß es den
Anschlußzylinder 9 umfaßt und die Freimachungen 7 im Gegenwirken mit den
Halteelementen 5 wie eine Führung wirken, bis das Verschlußelement 1 am
Scheibenrand 16 anliegt. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausführung des Verschlußelementes
1, der Abstand der Klemmelemente 3 ist kleiner als der Durchmesser des
Anschlußzylinders 9, bewirkt, daß bei der Montage ein Vorfixieren erreicht wird,
d.h. ein Wegrutschen des Verschlußelementes 1 nicht möglich ist, allenfalls die
gewollte Entnahme in entgegengesetzter Richtung des Aufsetzens. Durch einen
leichten Druck auf das Verschlußelement 1 in Richtung der Aufnahmeelemente 4
des Anschlußstückes 2 greifen die Klemmelemente 3 des Verschlußelementes 1
in die Aufnahmeelemente 4 des Anschlußstückes 2 ein. Dabei gleitet das
Verschlußelement 1 unter die Halteelemente 5 und 8 die als Gegenhaltung
wirken. Dieser Prozeß wird durch Anlaufschrägen 6 und 17 am Verschlußelement
und durch zusätzliche Anlaufschrägen an den Halteelementen 5 erleichtert.
Zur leichten Demontage des Anschlußteils nach einem Einsatz, z.B. zum Reinigen
der Sichtscheibe und des Anschlußteils sind am Verschlußelement 1 die
Griffelemente 13 angeordnet. Durch einen leichten Druck auf die Griffelemente
nach außen können die Klemmelemente 3 aus den Aufnahmeelementen 4 gelöst
und das Verschlußelement 1 entgegen der Eingriffsrichtung verschoben werden
bis die Freimachungen 7 und die Halteelemente 5 übereinander angeordnet sind.
