Insbesondere sind sowohl beta- als auch delta-Natriumdisilicate Na2Si2O5 •yH2O bevorzugt, wobei beta-Natriumdisilicat beispielsweise nach dem Verfahren erhalten werden kann, das in der WO-A-91/08171 beschrieben ist. beta-Natriumdisilicat ist unter der Bezeichnung SKS-7, delta-Natriumdisilicat ist unter der Bezeichnung TMSKS-6 im Handel erhältlich (Produkte der Clariant GmbH).
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den Additiven um Alkylalkoxylate, Gluconamide, Alkylpolyglycoside, Alkylesteralkoxylate, Oligoglycole, Polyglycole, Monoalkylglycolether, Monoalkyloligoglycolether, Monoalkylpolyglycolether, Dialkylglycolether, Dialkyloligoglycolether, Dialkylpolyglycolether, Oligocarboxylate und/oder Polycarboxylate.

In eine Siebmaschine der Fa. Retsch werden die Einsätze mit gewünschten Sieben eingesetzt. Dabei nimmt die Maschenweite der Siebe von oben nach unten ab. 50 g des zu untersuchenden Pulvers werden auf das weiteste Sieb aufgegeben. Durch die Schwingbewegung der Siebmaschine wird das Pulvermaterial durch die verschiedenen Siebe befördert. Die Rückstände auf den Sieben werden ausgewogen und rechnerisch auf die Materialeinwaage bezogen. Aus den Werten kann der d50-Wert berechnet werden. Werte, die nach dieser Methode bestimmt wurden, sind in den Beispielen gekennzeichnet.

Claims (12)
- Granulares Alkalischichtsilicat-Compound, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein kristallines Alkalischichtsilicat, einen Farbstoff und ein Additiv enthält.
- Granulares Alkalischichtsilicat-Compound nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 68-99,79 Gew.-% Alkalischichtsilicat, 0,01-2 Gew.-% Farbstoff, 0,1-15 Gew.-% Additive und 0,1-15 Gew.-% Wasser enthält.
- Granulares Alkalischichtsilicat-Compound nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 84-98,95 Gew.-% Alkalischichtsilicat, 0,05-1 Gew.-% Farbstoff, 0,5-5 Gew.-% Additive und 0,5-10 Gew.-% Wasser enthält.
- Granulares Alkalischichtsilicat-Compound nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Farbstoff um einen oxidationsstabilen und/oder alkalistabilen Farbstoff und/oder Pigmente handelt.
- Granulares Alkalischichtsilicat-Compound nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den Additiven um Alkylalkoxylate, Gluconamide, Alkylpolyglycoside, Alkylesteralkoxylate, Oligoglycole, Polyglycole, Monoalkylglycolether, Monoalkyloligoglycolether, Monoalkylpolyglycolether, Dialkylglycolether, Dialkyloligoglycolether, Dialkylpolyglycolether, Oligocarboxylate und/oder Polycarboxylate handelt.
- Granulares Alkalischichtsilicat-Compound nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den Alkylalkoxylaten um Alkylethoxylate und/oder EO-PO-Alkoxylate handelt.
- Granulares Alkalischichtsilicat-Compound nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen mittleren Teilchendurchmesser von 400 bis 900 µm aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines granularen Alkalischichtsilicat-Compounds nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein Alkalischichtsilicat mit einem Farbstoff mischt und anschließend ein Additiv aufsprüht und wahlweise nachtrocknet.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines granularen Alkalischichtsilicat-Compounds nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das Additiv in Mischung mit Wasser und/oder einem Lösungsvermittler aufsprüht und wahlweise nachtrocknet.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel, enthaltend ein granularen Alkalischichtsilicat-Compound nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es0,1 bis 80 Gew.-% des granularen Alkalischichtsilicat-Compounds0 bis 92 Gew.-% Cobuilder0 bis 37 Gew.-% Tensid0 bis 53 Gew.-% bleichaktive Agenzien0 bis 30 Gew.-% weiteres Schichtsilicat0 bis 46 Gew.-% Elektrolytlieferant enthält.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Tablettenform vorliegt.
