Abstract
Vorrichtung (1) zum Separieren eines obersten Blattes (S1) von einem Vorratsstapel (S) mit Luftblasmitteln (3.1;3.2) wobei Luftblasmittel (3.1) zum Auffächern von mehreren Blättern eines oberen Blattstapelbereiches (SR) und Luftblasmittel (3.2) zum Trennen des obersten Blattes (S1) und Zurückhalten eines dem obersten Blatt nachfolgenden, anhaftenden Blattes (S2) stromabwärts vor dem Vorratsstapel und quer zu einer Blatt-Transportbahn (42) angeordnet sind und entgegen einer Blatt-Transportrichtung (T) auf den oberen Bereich des Blattstapels einwirken, der mittels einer Hubeinrichtung (5) auf eine vorbestimmte gleiche Höhenlage positionierbar ist, wobei mittels der von einer Druckluftquelle (6) gespeisten Luftblasmittel (3.1;3.2) mit mindestens einer im Bereich einer Mittellinie (Y;Z) des Stapels (S) und der Transportbahn (42) angeordneten Luftdüse (31) sowie mit mehreren beidseitig der Mittellinie angeordneten Luftdüsen (32) Luftstrahlen mit unterschiedlichen Drücken, Ausrichtungen und Durchmessern erzeugbar sind, und wobei ein von einer Hochdruck-Luftquelle (7) gespeistes zusätzliches, mehrere Luftdüsen (D1,D1';D2,D2') aufweisendes Luftblasmittel (3.3) im Bereich der Mittellinie (Y;Z) des Stapels (S) und der Transportbahn (42) angeordnet ist, mittels dem Luftstrahlen (ST) mit einem hohen Luftüberdruck und geringem Durchmesser erzeugbar sind, die einerseits das Trennen des obersten Blattes (S1) vom Stapel sowie das Zurückhalten des dem obersten Blatt nachfolgenden, anhaftenden Blattes (S2) unterstützen und andererseits der Unterstützung des Auffächerns der Blätter im oberen Bereich des Blattstapels dienen. Device (1) for separating an uppermost sheet (S1) from a supply stack (S) with air-blowing means (3.1; 3.2) whereby air-blowing means (3.1) for fanning out several sheets of an upper sheet-stack area (SR) and air-blowing means (3.2) for separating the uppermost Sheet (S1) and retention of an adhering sheet (S2) following the uppermost sheet are arranged downstream in front of the supply stack and transversely to a sheet transport path (42) and act against the sheet transport direction (T) on the upper region of the sheet stack, which can be positioned by means of a lifting device (5) to a predetermined same altitude, whereby by means of the air blowing means (3.1; 3.2) fed by a compressed air source (6) with at least one in the region of a center line (Y; Z) of the stack (S) and the Transport path (42) arranged air nozzle (31) and with several air nozzles (32) arranged on both sides of the center line, air jets with different pressures, alignment gene and diameters can be generated, and wherein an additional, several air nozzles (D1, D1 '; D2, D2') fed by a high-pressure air source (7) has air blowing agent (3.3) in the region of the center line (Y; Z) of the stack ( S) and the transport path (42) is arranged, by means of which air jets (ST) with a high air pressure and small diameter can be generated, which on the one hand the separation of the top sheet (S1) from the stack and the retention of the adhering sheet following the top sheet (S2) support and on the other hand to support the fanning of the sheets in the upper region of the sheet stack.
