Abstract
Description
von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a fuel injection pump according to the preamble
of
From the document DE 35 90 194 C2 a fuel injection pump for Injecting fuel into a combustion chamber Internal combustion engine known. Allow such fuel injection pumps the fuel under very high pressure, for example 1500 bar put the fuel under this pressure into the combustion chamber to initiate a reciprocating internal combustion engine of the diesel type. The height Printing is done with the help of a cylinder (barrel) and one belonging to it Piston (plunger) generated.
- that the production of this fuel injection pump is relatively expensive, since holes are required to supply the sealing oil,
- that the share of sealing oil that escapes towards the fuel is relatively large, and the replacement of the loss is correspondingly expensive. In addition, the burned sealing oil pollutes the environment.
The object of the present invention is an economically more advantageous one Form fuel injection pump.
vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen. This object is achieved with a fuel pump
Features of
The object is achieved in particular with a fuel injection pump comprising a pump housing and one provided therein Pressure chamber for fuel, with a piston, the first end of which Pressure chamber is assigned, and the second end with a plunger is coupled, as well as with one between the pump housing and the Tappet acting spring, one of the piston and / or the tappet surrounding cover in the area of the second end of the piston is arranged, the cover one towards the plunger has widening external cross-section, the ram of one The collecting device is surrounded, the collecting device has an outlet opening has, and the cover and the collecting device so mutual are adapted so that the leaking along the piston Fuel is passed through the cover into the catcher.
- that it can be manufactured more cheaply,
- that it can be operated more cost-effectively since no sealing oil is required and thus no sealing oil loss occurs,
- and that it is also more environmentally friendly.
The fuel injection pump according to the invention is particularly suitable for a two-stroke diesel engine with a cylinder bore of preferably larger than 350 mm or for a four-stroke diesel engine with one Cylinder bore preferably greater than 150 mm.

Fig. 1 shows in a longitudinal section to illustrate the invention
essential elements of the
oberen Totpunkt OTP wiedergibt. The representation of the
eine rechts dargestellte Hochlage 7a.The
At the
Druckkammer 5 gegen unten abdichtet.
The
One acting between the
Fig. 3 zeigt den Stössel mit Abdeckung 8 in
Abdeckung 8 und dem Stössel 7 Platz findet.2 shows the
Mehrzahl in Umfangsrichtung verteilt angeordnete, vorstehende Kanten 8d
aufweist, welche zur Tropfenbildung dienen. Zudem ist die
hohlzylinderförmige Begrenzung 8c sowie die ringförmige Auflagefläche 8a
ersichtlich.Fig. 4 shows the
verbunden.The
Zahnkranz 11a eingreift. Die Hülse 11 ist durch einen Führungsstift 11c in
vertikaler Richtung geführt. The
The
aufweisen. Ansonst sind in den Figuren 1 und 5 identische
Bezugszeichennummern für identische Teile verwendet.Fig. 5 shows a longitudinal section of a further embodiment of a
