Description
Claims (7)
- Anordnung (1) zum Schutz von Zylinderwandungen von Motorblöcken (2) während des thermischen Beschichtungsvorgangs von einzelnen Zylindern (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (1) aufblasbare Formkörper (8, 10) zum Schutz von sich nicht im aktiven Beschichtungsvorgang befindlichen Zylindern (5) aufweist, welche in die Zylinder (5) eingefürhrt und darin aufgeblasen werden.
- Anordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formkörper (8, 10) eine formstabile Innenhülse (18) aufweisen, welche zumindest radial von einer aufblasbaren und elastischen Hülle (19) umschlossen sind.
- Anordnung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (19) aus Silikon oder einem anderen wärmeresistenten Material gefertigt ist.
- Anordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vielzahl von aufblasbaren Formkörpern (8, 10) vorgesehen sind, welche in zwei einander gegenüber liegenden Gruppen (9, 11) angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufblasbaren Formkörper (8, 10) mit einer Überdruckquelle verbunden sind,
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufblasbaren Formkörper (8, 10) länger als die zu beschichtenden Zylinder (3) sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufblasbaren Formkörper (8, 10) auf einem Tragrahmen (13, 14) angeordnet sind, mittels welchem sie in die Zylinder (5) ein- und ausfahrbar sind.
