Claims (8)
- Stempel für eine Rundlaufpresse mit einem in einer Führungsbohrung axial gelagerten Stempelhalter und einem Stempeleinsatz, der über einen zapfenförmigen Ansatz in einer endseitigen Bohrung des Stempelhalters sitzt und über lösbare Befestigungsmittel befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (20) zwischen axial beabstandeten Anschlägen schraubenlinienförmig in der Bohrung geführt und von einer Feder (30) zur zugeordneten Stirnfläche (44) des Stempelhalters (10) hin vorgespannt ist.
- Stempel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem freien Ende des Ansatzes (20) eine Gewindespindel (22) drehfest verbunden ist und in der Bohrung eine Spindelmutter (24) drehfest angeordnet ist, mit der die Gewindespindel (22) zusammenwirkt.
- Stempel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindelmutter (24) über mindestens einen radialen Stift (26, 28) festgelegt ist.
- Stempel nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ansatz (20) mindestens ein radialer Zapfen (32) vorgesehen ist, der in einer Nut (34, 36) des Stempelhalters (10) eingreift, wobei die Nut so bemessen ist, daß sie die Axialbewegung des Stempeleinsatzes (16) zuläßt.
- Stempel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen das Ende eines radialen Stiftes (36) ist, durch den die Spindel (22) in einer Bohrung des Ansatzes (20) festgelegt ist.
- Stempel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axialbewegung des Stempeleinsatzes (16) durch seine Anlage an der Stirnfläche (44) des Stempelhalters (10) begrenzt ist.
- Stempel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehwinkel des Stempeleinsatzes (16) etwa 10 bis 30° beträgt, vorzugsweise etwa 20°.
- Stempel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Schraubenfeder (30) in der Bohrung angeordnet ist.
