  • bb3) der Freigabecode von der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung über ein Telekommunikationsnetz an die Datenkommunikationsvorrichtung des Käufers übermittelt wird,
  • und wobei im Falle der negativen Auswertung:
  • bb4) die übermittelten Daten entsprechend einem Datenaufnahmeverfahren in die in der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung verfügbaren Daten übernommen werden,

    Verfahren zur automatisierten Auftragsfreigabe mittels Datenkommunikationsvorrichtungen (1), Telekommunikationsnetzen (2) und mindestens einer Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3), wobei das Verfahren eine beliebige Wiederholung der folgenden Verfahrensschritte aufweist: a) Übermittlung eines Angebotes mit angebotsrelevanten Daten (4) mittels einer Datenkommunikationsvorrichtung (1) über ein Telekommunikationsnetz (2) an eine Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3), b) Auswertung der in Schritt a) übermittelten angebotsrelevanten Daten (4) in der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3) anhand der dort verfügbaren Daten und mindestens eines Prüfkriteriums,
       wobei im Falle der positiven Auswertung: bb1) die Auftragsfreigabe in Form eines Freigabecodes (5) bezogen auf das jeweilige Angebot erfolgt, bb2) die übermittelten Daten (4) entsprechend einem Datenaufnahmeverfahren in die in der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3) verfügbaren Daten übernommen werden, bb3) der Freigabecode (5) von der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3) über ein Telekommunikationsnetz (2) an die Datenkommunikationsvorrichtung (6) übermittelt wird, und wobei im Falle der negativen Auswertung: bb4) die übermittelten Daten (4) entsprechend einem Datenaufnahmeverfahren in die in der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3) verfügbaren Daten übernommen werden, bb5) gegebenenfalls von der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3) über das Telekommunikationsnetz (2) ein Falsifikatcode bezogen auf das jeweilige Angebot an die Datenkommunikationsvorrichtung (6) abgesetzt wird.        wobei im Falle der positiven Auswertung: bb1) die Auftragsvergabe in Form einer Autragsnummer (5) bezogen auf das jeweilige Angebot erfolgt, bb2) die übermittelten Daten (4) entsprechend einem Datenaufnahmeverfahren in die in der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3) verfügbaren Daten übernommen werden, bb3) die Auftragsnummer (5) von der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3) über ein Telekommunikationsnetz (2) an die Datenkommunikationsvorrichtung (1) rückübermittelt wird, und wobei im Falle der negativen Auswertung: bb4) die übermittelten Daten (4) entsprechend einem Datenaufnahmeverfahren in die in der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3) verfügbaren Daten übernommen werden, bb5) gegebenenfalls von der Datenkonzentrationsvorrichtung (3) über das Telekommunikationsnetz (2) eine Absage an die Datenkommunikationsvorrichtung (1) abgesetzt wird.
