Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Erreichung/Wiederherstellung der Gebrauchsfähigkeit von Arbeitsoberflächen (3) von Glasbearbeitungsschneiden (1). Letztere bestehen aus einem festen Bearbeitungsmaterialkörper (2), der Diamantpartikel (8) in einem eine dreidimensionale Matrize formenden Bindematerial (9) enthält. Um die Gebrauchsfähigkeit zu erlangen/wiederherzustellen, wird die Bearbeitungsfläche (3) der Glasbearbeitungsschneide (1) auf einem Schärfkörper (4) bewegt, wobei als Schärfkörper (4) poröse Keramik oder poröses Glas verwendet wird, dessen die Poren (10) umgebende Keramik- oder Glaswände Mikrobruchstellen (11) aufweisen. The present invention relates to the attainment / restoration of the usability of work surfaces (3) of glass processing cutters (1). The latter consist of a solid processing material body (2) which contains diamond particles (8) in a binding material (9) forming a three-dimensional matrix. In order to achieve / restore usability, the processing surface (3) of the glass processing cutter (1) is moved on a sharpening body (4), porous ceramic or porous glass being used as the sharpening body (4), the ceramic material surrounding the pores (10) or glass walls have micro fractures (11).
