Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electrical connection device according to the preamble of claim 1.
In such an electrical connection device known from EP 0 964 478 A2, the contacts profiled in longitudinal section and clamped at one end region in the insulating body are bent back at their free end protruding from the insulating body in the manner of a lying U. The contact point is the one that is opposite to the other electrical one Contact component should be provided at the extreme end of the bent-back part of the free end region. A disadvantage of this is the relatively large overall length and the relatively complex shaping of the contacts, because the part which projects far and which is bent back over the bent-back free and freely movable part of the contact must be relatively stable.
The object of the present invention is to provide an electrical connecting device of the type mentioned at the outset, which is designed to be more favorable both in terms of the overall length and in terms of the construction effort.
To achieve this object, the features specified in claim 1 are provided in an electrical connection device of the type mentioned.
The measures according to the invention result in short contacts which lead to a shorter overall length of the entire electrical connection device. The special trapezoidal design of the freely movable end region of the contacts ensures that when the contacts are contacted with the other electrical component, the free end region of the contacts moves in a defined manner towards an electrical component, with a pivoting movement around the transition to the cantilever region is performed. This means that the relatively short cantilever area does not need to be reinforced separately.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Kontakte ergeben sich aus den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 2 und/oder 3.Advantageous configurations of the contacts result from the features of claims 2 and / or 3.
In order to fix the electrical connection device on one component, the features according to claim 4 are preferably provided, so that no separate mechanical pin components or the like have to be provided on the electrical plug connection device.
In an advantageous embodiment, the insulating body is provided in accordance with the features of claim 5, wherein according to the features of claim 6, the contacts are molded around the insulating body after insertion into a tool.
An advantageous holding of the contacts in the insulating body results from the features according to claim 7.
For further fixation of the insulating body on the one electrical component, the features are provided according to claim 8, which allow additional soldering fixation at the areas facing away from the contact points.

The
According to the drawing, the
The
If the other
