Abstract

Bei einem elektrischen Steckverbinder, dessen eine Hälfte ein wenigstens einen Kontaktträger, eine Auszugssicherung für ein Kabel und Kontaktteile aufnehmendes Gehäuse, welches zur Sicherung der Steckverbindung mit einer zweiten Steckverbinderhälfte mit einer ein Innengewinde aufweisenden Überwurfmutter ausgerüstet ist und bei dem die Überwurfmutter über im axialen Abstand zueinander am Gehäuse ausgebildete, durch radial vorspringende Ringstege gebildete Gleitlagerbereiche um die Gehäuselängsachse verdrehbar in axialer Richtung aber unverschieblich am Gehäuse abgestützt ist, ist zur Sicherung der Überwurfmutter gegen unbeabsichtigtes Verdrehen in Löserichtung vorgesehen, daß die Sicherung in einem zwischen zwei in axialer Richtung zueinander beabstandeten, durch radial ausladende Ringstege des Gehäuses gebildeten Gleitlagerbereichen befindlichen freien Ringraum untergebracht ist und eine am einen Teil, Gehäuse oder Überwurfmutter umlaufend ausgebildete Sägeverzahnung sowie wenigstens eine mit dieser zusammenwirkende federbelastete Rastnase umfaßt, wobei die die Rastnase belastende Federlast gering ist, derart, daß die beabsichtigte Rückhaltewirkung hauptsächlich durch die Steilheit der in Löserichtung miteinander zusammenwirkenden Zahnflanken erzielt wird
