Definitions
- the invention relates at least partially to security elements encased by a protective layer for the security of goods as well as cast or injection molded parts, for theft protection contain such parts, according to the preamble of independent claim 1.
- the individual securing elements contain a magnetic material with high Permeability and low coercive force (soft magnetic material) and a magnetic material with low permeability and high coercive force (semi-hard or hard magnetic material).
- the soft magnetic components are at Applying an alternating magnetic field to deliver a characteristic Signal excited. This characteristic signal can be suppressed if the semi-hard or hard magnetic material after creating one accordingly high magnetic field is in a remanent magnetization state.
- the soft magnetic components have those described above Securing elements at least one magnetic preferred axis.
- Fuse elements of the type described above are preferably in the area electronic article surveillance in department stores and warehouses.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of a securing element is from the EP 0 295 028 B1 has become known.
- the so-called thin film fuse elements described consist of a thin, preferably Layer of soft magnetic material in the ⁇ m range. The layer will e.g. by means of a physical deposition process under vacuum conditions applied to a carrier substrate.
- Thin-film fuse elements show an anisotropic structure.
- Anisotropic means that the soft magnetic layer that makes up the thin film fuse elements are formed, has a preferred axis.
- the anisotropic structure is reflected in the Practice noticeable in that the thin-film fuse elements as Response to a query field remitted characteristic signal is maximum if The query field and preferred axis are aligned parallel to each other; the signal disappears when the preferred axis and query field are perpendicular to each other stand.
- strip elements which consist of a strip-shaped, soft magnetic material. This is also here characteristic signal maximum when query field and stripe parallel to each other aligned and disappears when aligned vertically.
- Strip element can Strip element also consist of a drawn wire. Such one Strip element is proposed for example in DE 197 53 500 A1.
- Securing elements of the type mentioned are currently mostly attached to the goods to be secured as part of price or barcode labels.
- this way of attaching the securing elements to the goods has some disadvantages:
- the often manual labeling of goods with security elements or price or barcode labels that contain security elements causes high costs.
- the knowledgeable shoplifter has the option of recognizing and removing the security elements on the goods or otherwise rendering them harmless.
- the distance between the soft and hard magnetic components in the still soft molding or casting compound As a result of these detachment processes, the distance between the soft and hard magnetic components in the still soft molding or casting compound. Now put the necessary to deactivate the security elements Magnetic field, so the hard magnetic components as intended magnetized. However, the permanent magnetic field produced is hard magnetic components due to the resulting spatial distance between the encapsulated soft and hard magnetic components of the Fuse element too large to continue to reliably suppress the Prevent transmission of the characteristic signal.
- the sheathing of the securing elements is primarily made to the Metal parts of the security element against oxidation and the protected goods to protect against contamination by metal and metal oxide. Even with the The manufacture of these jacketed fuse elements presents the same problems as in the production of castings or molded parts. Especially in the application extrusion processes for sheathing the securing elements often occur Clogging of the extrusion nozzles due to detached components of the Safety elements.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide security elements at the beginning to propose the type described, against detachment of the soft magnetic are protected by the hard magnetic components.
- the task is solved by securing elements, in which the protective layer is a powder coating that prevents the hard magnetic components from getting sick at high temperatures and separate the soft magnetic components from each other.
- the soft magnetic components of the Securing elements are present as a film or are designed as strips.
- powder coatings has proven to be particularly advantageous Contain metal powder, for example steel powder.
- cast or injection molded parts offer the encased securing elements contain great advantages in the Anti-theft protection of goods because the security elements directly in the cast or Spray compound can be introduced, so that the securing element for one Shoplifter is neither visible nor reachable.
- Figure 1a shows a longitudinal section along the line A-A through a deactivatable, film-shaped Securing element 1, which has a thin soft magnetic film 3.
- a hard magnetic material which is also present as a foil, for example Nickel applied.
- This hard magnetic film 2 has openings in the vertical direction or holes 4, is therefore perforated.
- Figure 1b shows the same fuse element 1 in side view.
- Figure 1c shows this in the two previous figures shown film-shaped securing element in plan view of the perforated hard magnetic Foil.
- the holes or passages for reasons of clarity in relation to the Security element were shown too large. Usually have the passages a diameter of 1 to 2 millimeters, while the securing element is quite a Can have an area of several square centimeters.
- Figure 2a shows a side view of a deactivatable strip-shaped securing element 5.
- This securing element consists of a soft magnetic strip 6 and hard magnetic sections 7 together.
- Figure 2b shows the same securing element in plan view.
- Figure 3 shows a longitudinal section along the line B-B through a strip-shaped securing element 5, as shown in Figures 2a and 2b.
- the securing element shown in Figure 3 however, has a coating of powder coating 8.
