Abstract

A hydrogenated block copolymer which gives a polyolefin resin composition capable of giving a molded article having an excellent balance between impact resistance and moldability and gives a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition excellent in balance among pressure-sensitive adhesive properties and in melt viscosity stability at high temperatures. The hydrogenated block copolymer is a product of hydrogenation of a block copolymer which has at least one polymer block derived mainly from a vinylaromatic hydrocarbon and at least one polymer block derived mainly from a conjugated diene compound and has a combined vinyl content, V (%), of 37 to 70%, excluding 70%, based on the conjugated diene compound, wherein (a) the total degree of hydrogenation, H (%), of the unsaturated double bonds based on the conjugated diene compound satisfies V<H<1.25xV+10 and 50≤H<80 and (b) the degree of hydrogenation of the vinyl bonds is 82% or higher.
