Definitions
- the invention relates to a cooking appliance door according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Cooking appliances generally have a cooking chamber arranged in a housing, which can be closed with a cooking appliance door.
- a cooking appliance is known, namely an oven with a generic cooking appliance door, which on its side facing the cooking chamber a viewing window, e.g. made of glass ceramic.
- the viewing window completely covers an opening of the cooking chamber and forms a contact surface with an abutment flange or extends beyond a seal.
- Such lenses are also referred to as full-surface visors.
- a window enclosing the metal frame can be saved and thereby conditional dirt edges on the cooking chamber facing the inside of the lens can be avoided. Furthermore, a large field of view can be achieved.
- EP-A-490 774 A generic state of the art is EP-A-490 774.
- the object of the invention is to develop a generic cooking appliance door, and that in particular an advantageous thermal insulation should be achieved with a simple and space-saving design at the same time.
- an advantageous heat insulation in the inner hot area can be achieved by an enlarged isolation space or disc spacing in a total of particularly space-saving design. Heat loss via the cooking appliance door can be reduced and energy can be saved.
- the cooking appliance door according to the invention can be used particularly advantageously in cooking appliances with a thermal self-cleaning unit.
- the pointing in the cooking cavity molding can be heated more and it can be achieved an advantageous cleaning result.
- a temperature gradient and associated thermal stresses can be reduced in the area of the molding.
- a spring action can be achieved by sloping flanks, can be compensated for the stresses in the glass.
- the reduced stresses in the area of the shaping and the tension compensation made possible by the spring effect make it possible to use cost-effective materials, in particular borosilicate glass, soda-lime glass, etc.
- glass-ceramic could also be used.
- the viewing window has only one shape, which extends over a large part of the opening of the cooking chamber.
- the shape has laterally and downwardly advantageously a distance less than 4 mm and upwards, in particular with a cooking appliance door pivotally mounted about a lower axis, a distance of less than 6 mm to the abutment flange. It can be achieved as small as possible outer area, which is excluded from a pyrolysis process.
- a labyrinth effect can be achieved, with regard to dirt constituents and with regard to heat or hot gases.
- the outer cooler area can be shielded from dirt components and from hot gases, whereby contamination of the outer area can be reduced and burn-in of contaminants in the outer area by a high, but not sufficient for a pyrolysis process temperature is avoidable.
- low temperatures in the region of the abutment flange or in the region of a seal can be achieved, whereby inexpensive sealing materials can be used, in particular silicone etc.
- a large recess instead of a large recess, however, in principle also a plurality of individual and / or extending along the abutment flange annular formation conceivable.
- the molding advantageously has a depth between 10 and 35 mm, in which area a good insulation can be achieved with at the same time acceptable space requirements. Particularly at a depth of 35 mm, a particularly advantageous insulation is achieved, and the insulation improves only insignificantly from a depth of 35 mm. Furthermore, the shape advantageously has flanks with an angle between 90 ° and 55 °. With a steep angle, a particularly effective labyrinth effect and spring action can be achieved.
- the viewing window is biased, in particular by a thermal or chemical process advantageously with a compressive stress on its surface, whereby the strength of the lens can be increased.
- the outer cooler area can be maintained in particular by the achievable labyrinth effect in terms of heat, the bias and an associated high strength at all times.
- the molding can be carried out completely curved or can advantageously have at least one flat area, whereby this particular can be easily and inexpensively, without thereby affecting the view through the lens is affected.
- the second viewing pane can advantageously be designed with a shaping facing away from the cooking space become.
- the solution according to the invention can be used in numerous cooking appliances which appear to be appropriate to a person skilled in the art, but particularly advantageous in cooking appliances with a thermal self-cleaning unit, in particular in domestic ovens.

Description
- Fig. 1
- einen schematisch dargestellten Haushaltsbackofen von vorn,
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
