*Die Figur 4 zeigt in perspektivischer Darstellung als weitere mögliche
Ausführungsform ein Trainings- und/oder Therapiegerät 1a, welches sich von dem
Gerät 1 im Wesentlichen nur dadurch unterscheidet, dass anstelle des Haltebügels 4
am rückwärtigen Gehäuseabschnitt 2.2 eine vertikale Säule 22 vorgesehen ist, die an
ihrem oberen, freien Ende ein Bedientableau 23 mit Display und Betätigungs- oder
Bedienelement aufweist. An der vertikalen Säule 22, die bei dieser Ausführungsform
einen quadratischen Querschnitt aufweist, sind höhenverstellbar eine obere
Brustpelotte oder Abstützelement 24 und zwei untere Kniepelotten oder
Abstützelemente 25 vorgesehen. Für die Höhenverstellung ist jeweils ein die Säule 22
rohrschellenartig umschließender Halter 26 mit Bügeln 27 verwendet. Zusätzlich zu
der Höhenverstellung sind die Brustpelotte und die Kniepelotten auch radial zur Säule
22 einstellbar. Durch entsprechende Lager 28 sind die beiden Kniepelotten 25
schwenkbar vorgesehen, und zwar derart, dass eine der Bewegung der Standplatten 7
und 8 folgende Bewegung möglich ist. An den beiden Standplatten sind weiterhin
nicht dargestellte Fixiermittel befestigbar, und zwar zum Fixieren der Füße eines
Patienten. Außerdem ist an der Säule 22 ein Hüft- bzw. Beckengurt mit
Aufrollautomatik angebracht, wie dies in der Figur 4 mit der unterbrochenen Linie 29
angedeutet ist. In dieser speziellen Ausbildung ist das Trainings- und/oder
