Abstract

Das Verfahren dient zur Identifizierung und/oder Überwachung von medizinischen Spritzen, insbesondere vorgefüllten Fertigspritzen und Karpulen, während des Produktionsablaufes bzw. zur späteren Zuordnung zu einer Produktionscharge mittels einer maschinenlesbaren Beschriftung. Hierbei wird zunächst vorzugsweise der Spritzenzylinder mit der Beschriftung versehen, die eine eindeutige Identifizierung hinsichtlich Produkt, Charge, Dosierung, Abfüll- und Verfalldatum ermöglicht. Sodann erfolgt eine Prüflesung mit anschließender Aussonderung der Spritzen (1) mit nicht bzw. unvollständig lesbarer oder einer chargenfremden Beschriftung.
