Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a universal ear canal insert for a hearing aid. Furthermore, the invention relates to a Hearing aid unit with the universal auditory canal insert and a hearing aid device portable in the ear, or an adapter piece.
In the ear portable hearing aids are usually after the individual anatomical conditions of the hearing aid wearer shaped. The same applies to the earmolds Behind the ear portable hearing aids, which are for mounting and fixing the sound tubes connected to the hearing aids serve. The production of individually shaped hearing aids or earmolds is cumbersome and expensive. Out For this reason, solutions with universally usable, in the ear portable hearing aids or earmolds proposed.
From DE 199 08 854 C1 is an ear canal insert for hearing aids known, consisting of one of a sound channel interspersed elastic body, in the way of the sound channel has a Cerumenschutz and on to the auditory canal directed part of the sound channel can be placed. It exists the body is made of one core and one core at least partially comprehensive coat, being between the core and the Part consists of a latchable connection and wherein in the Body of cerumen protection is integrated.
A disadvantage of the known ear canal insert is that this for holding and fixing a hearing aid tight on the tissue surrounding the ear canal. This will be phenomena known as "occlusion effect" (feeling of pressure in the Ear, alienation of one's own voice).
The object of the present invention is an ear canal insert specify that is universally applicable and nevertheless offers a high wearing comfort. It is also a task of the present invention, a universal and comfortable Hearing aid unit to be worn with a universal Auditory canal insert and a hearing aid.
The task concerning the use of auditory canal is solved through a universal soft-elastic ear canal insert for a hearing aid with a worn in the ear canal projecting into the ear canal, not the auditory canal sealing, at least substantially cylindrical first section with a diameter in the range of 4 mm to 7 mm, and with an adjoining, in one area the auditory canal entrance, but outside the actual Ear canal closely fitting, at least substantially funnel-shaped or cup-shaped second portion.
Furthermore, the task with respect to the hearing aid unit solved by a hearing aid unit with a universal Ear canal insert and a universal, in the ear portable hearing aid, wherein the hearing aid at least partially inserted into the ear canal insert. Farther This object is achieved by a hearing aid unit with a universal ear canal insert and an adapter piece for receiving a sound tube one behind the ear portable hearing aid, wherein the adapter piece at least partially inserted into the ear canal insert.
Due to the special design of the auditory canal insert according to the invention this is in its cylindrical first part not close to the ear canal surrounding tissue. In particular, no pressure on the of Bony or cartilaginous tissue surrounded part area the auditory canal is exerted, the occlusion effect is opposite conventional hearing aids or earmolds strong reduced. Furthermore, by the most punctual and non-pressurized edition of this first portion of the tissue Skin irritation in the ear canal largely avoided.
The actual sealing of the ear canal takes place at the Ear canal insert according to the invention, although also as in known auditory canal insertions in the area of the auditory canal entrance, but already outside the actual ear canal in the transition region to the outer ear, which is opposite to the usual Diameter of an ear canal, which is between 5 and 7 mm is already greatly expanded. In this area is the ear is relatively insensitive to pressure. Continue due to the easy deformability of the ear canal insert anyway only a small pressure on the ear exercised. there results in the easy deformability of the ear canal insert compared to known inserts also from the distance between the ear canal insert and the housing of the thus coated Hearing aid in the area where the sealing of the Auditory canal is done. The easy deformability of the auditory canal insert does not become in the sealing area through the relatively hard housing shell of the hearing aid with special needs.
Due to the special shape and the high elasticity can same ear canal inserts from a variety of hearing aid wearers be used. An individual shape not necessary. This reduces the manufacturing costs considerably. Advantageously, however, besides a standard size, with the majority of hearing aid wearers can be supplied, even one or more smaller or larger sizes are offered to hearing aid wearers with particularly small or particularly large auditory canals to be able to supply.
Daraus resultieren insbesondere hygienische Vorteile. In the ear canal insert according to the invention, a special for the connection with this designed, universal, used in the auditory canal portable hearing aid become. This also has a cylindrical front Partial area, which is detachable in the first part of the Ear canal insert is introduced and with this preferably is frictionally connected. The hearing aid can be covered with the ear canal, so to speak. One frequent replacement of the ear canal insert (e.g., daily) therefore completely unproblematic and not associated with high costs. This results in particular hygienic advantages.
Instead of a hearing aid can be in an ear canal insert according to the invention, an adapter piece for Connection with a behind the ear portable hearing aid insert. This adapter piece is in the cylindrical first portion of the ear canal insert preferably attached frictionally. At its rear end it points Adapter piece Means for attaching a sound tube on, at the other end with the behind the ear portable Hearing aid is connected.
Also the hearing aid unit from an ear canal insert According to the invention, an adapter piece and behind the Ear-portable hearing aid consists only of universal usable and inexpensive units. One after the individual anatomical conditions of a hearing aid wearer manufactured earmold is not required. Consequently also result in this application form the already mentioned Benefits of ear canal insertion.

To adapt the
zweiter Teilbereich 12 an, dessen größter Durchmesser 10 mm
FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of an ear canal insert

The hearing aid unit with the
Another application of an
In contrast to the embodiment of Figure 2 is

The
Stege 43. Das Zylinderstück 41 ist von einer äußeren Hülle
45 (vgl.
A special embodiment of an
Vent. Insgesamt kann dadurch die Belüftung des durch
den Gehörgangseinsatz 10 eingeschlossenen Gehörgangsvolumens
verbessert oder gedrosselt werden.Furthermore, the
dem eigentlichen Gehörgang liegenden Teilbereich vorhanden.FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment of a hearing aid unit

As a further difference to the
abdichtet. An alternative embodiment of an ear canal insert

illustrated. In contrast to the previous embodiments
here is the ear canal insert 60th

As in the previous embodiments, it takes place
also in the embodiment of Figure 6, the seal

21 weist.
Also in the embodiment of Figure 6 is the
Similar to the
