- Dämmstoffplatte nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil des Additivs (3, 4) bezogen auf die Gesamt-masse der Dämmstoffplatte mindestens 20% beträgt.
- Dämmstoffplatte nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Additiv (3, 4) homogen innerhalb des Holzwerkstoff Bindemittelfaser-Gemisches verteilt ist.
- Dämmstoffplatte nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Additiv (3, 4) hydrophob ist.
- Dämmstoffplatte nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Rohdichte von mindestens 20 kg/m3.
- Dämmstoffplatte nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil der Bindemittelfasern (2) zwischen 10 und 20 Gewichtsprozent der Gesamtmasse liegt.
- Dämmstoffplatte nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Holzwerkstoff (1) als Holzfaser ausgebildet ist.
- Additiv zur Verbesserung der Drucksteifigkeit und Gefügeverbesserung von Dämmstoffplatten aus einem Holzwerkstoff-Bindemittelfaser-Gemisch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Additiv (3, 4) aus einem thermisch beständigen Kern (4) und einer thermisch aktivierbaren Beschichtung (3) besteht.
- Additiv nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermisch aktivierbare Beschichtung (3) ein Thermoplast oder Bitumen ist.
- Additiv nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (3) den Kern (4) vollständig umschließt.
- Additiv nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (4) aus einem Granulat oder einer Faser besteht.
- Additiv nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (4) aus Duroplast-Werkstoffen oder mineralischen Werkstoffen besteht.
- Additiv nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es hydrophob ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Dämmstoffplatte aus einem Holzwerkstoff-Bindemittelfaser-Gemisch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Gemisch ein Additiv (3, 4) mit einem thermisch beständigen Kern (4) mit einer thermisch aktivierbaren Beschichtung (3) zugegeben wird und die thermisch aktivierbare Beschichtung (3) unter Wärmezufuhr aktiviert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (3) in einem Heißluftstrom aktiviert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Holzwerkstoff (1) und die Bindemittelfasern (2) in einer aerodynamischen Vliesbildungsmaschine gemischt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zumischung des Additivs (3, 4) und die räumliche Ausrichtung der Fasermatrix in einer aerodynamischen Vliesbildungsmaschine, insbesondere in einer separaten Vliesbildungsmaschine erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Additiv (3, 4) homogen innerhalb des Holzwerkstoff-Bindemittelfaser-Gemisches verteilt wird.
