Various training devices have already been created that serve to mobilize the user. However, these exercise machines are routinely geared for specific exercises, so extensive mobilization of the user requires the use of multiple different devices. Since each individual training device has comparatively large dimensions due to its robust construction, the provision of the training devices required for various applications requires considerable space.

It is therefore an object to provide a versatile training device of the type mentioned, in which a user can perform as many different exercises.

The inventive solution to this problem consists in the training device of the type mentioned in particular in the features of the valid patent claim 1.

The training device according to the invention has at least one pivot arm, which is pivotable by the user against a restoring force.
