Abstract
Es wird ein Polierteller (10) für ein Werkzeug (12) zur Feinbearbeitung von optisch wirksamen Flächen (F) an insbesondere Brillengläsern (L) offenbart, der einen Trägerkörper (14) aufweist, an dem eine Schaumstoffschicht (16) befestigt ist, der eine Polierfolie (18) aufliegt. Die Öffnung sorgt bei der Bearbeitung für einen Druckausgleich und stellt flüssiges Poliermittel aus dem Inneren der Schaumstoffschicht zur Verfügung, wodurch eine bessere Spülung und Kühlung sonst benachteiligter Poliertellerbereiche erzielt wird. Im Ergebnis wird ein denkbar einfach und kostengünstig aufgebauter Polierteller vorgeschlagen, der verglichen zum Stand der Technik bei Erzielung hoher Oberflächenqualitäten deutlich langlebiger ist. According to the invention, the polishing film is provided in a middle region with at least one opening (20). As a result, a conceivable simple and inexpensive constructed polishing plate is proposed, which is significantly more durable compared to the prior art in achieving high surface qualities.
