Abstract

The packing is formed in form of pouches (1), which are made of paper, aluminum foil, plastic or flexible material and its edges are connected, fused or glued. A closure is placed in a pouch between its layers (3). The closure has a base (5) with a cover (6) and a grip. The base is provided with a flange (7) and connected with the cover by an hinge-joint (12) or a slip knot. The cover is provided with a bolt.

Description

Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Verpackung für schüttfähige Lebensmittel, die zu ihrer Konfektionierung und Aufbewahrung sowie bequemer Dosierung dient.The subject of the invention is the packaging for pourable food, which serves for its packaging and storage as well as convenient dosage.

Es sind zahlreiche Lösungen für Lebensmittelverpackungen bekannt. Und zwar aus der Beschreibung der polnischen Erfindung Nr. 183408 (veröffentlicht in dem BUP - Bulletin des Patentamtes - Nr 14/1998) ist die Lösung unter dem Titel "Verpackung insbesondere für Lebensmittel" bekannt. Diese Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für Lebensmittel oder sonstige Verkaufswaren, die einen Beutel und eine Schachtel aus Karton zum Befestigen des unteren Beutelteils beinhaltet und über einen Boden mit zentraler Knicklinie zur Ermöglichung des Flachlegens der Schachtel und des Beutels sowie des Ausbreitens der Schachtel zwecks Öffnens des Beutels verfügt.
In einer anderen polnischen Erfindung Nr. 193526 unter dem Titel "Verpackung für schüttfähige Produkte" (veröffentlicht in dem BUP Nr 06/1999) ist eine Verpackung für schüttfähige Produkte dargestellt, die aus Papier, Folie, Kunststoff oder ähnlichen biegsamen Werkstoffen besteht und in Form einer an beiden Querseiten geschlossenen Tasche ausgebildet ist. In dieser Tasche, um aus ihr das Produkt in dem Übergangsraum zu entnehmen, befindet sich zwischen einer der Querseiten der Tasche und der mit ihr angrenzenden schmalen Seitenwand der Tasche eine Schüttöffnung. In dem grundsätzlich diagonal gegenüber der Schüttöffnung liegenden Bereich der Taschenwand befindet sich ein Griff, der aus einem biegsamen Werkstoff gefertigt ist und normal innerhalb der Außenkontur der Tasche versteckt bleibt, während des Ausschüttens des Produktes jedoch aus der Tasche herausgezogen wird und dabei außerhalb der Tasche eine Schleife bildet.
Eine andere Verpackungskonstruktion wurde in dem polnischen Gebrauchsmuster dargestellt - Anmeldung Nr. 108960 unter dem Titel "Verpackung" (veröffentlicht in dem BUP Nr 12/2000). In dieser Lösung ist die Verpackung - vor allem für die flüssigen oder schüttfähigen Produkte - dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem durch eine der Verpackungsseiten, die mit oberen Rändern der Verpackungsschichten verbunden sind, und die zusätzliche Verbindungslinie der Verpackungsschichten unterhalb des oberen Randes abgegrenztem Feld - mindestens zwei Öffnungen angebracht sind, wobei die zusätzliche Verbindungslinie unter einem Winkel oder bogenartig zum oberen Rand verläuft und die Öffnungen je nach Bedarf durch Ausschneiden oder Anschneiden des Verpackungswerkstoffs ausgeführt sind und die Form eines Kreises oder Abschnitte einer Gerade oder aber konvergenter oder sich schneidender Abschnitte haben.There are numerous solutions known for food packaging. Der Verschlussuntersatz wird mit einem Flansch versehen und mit dem Deckel mittels Scharnier oder Schleife verbunden. Der Deckel ist dabei mit mindestens einem Bolzen versehen, in dem Boden des Untersatzes ist dagegen entsprechend mindestens eine Öffnung ausgeführt. Der Untersatz und der Deckel sind mit einem Schnappverschluss versehen.
In verschiedenen Verpackungsvarianten ist der Untersatz mit dem Deckel dreh- oder trennbar verbunden. In der Sonderform der entwickelten Verpackung stellt der Deckel einen auf den Untersatz aufschraubbaren Drehverschluss dar.

Der Hauptvorteil der entwickeln Verpackung ist die Anpassung der Standardverpackungen, dh. der flachen Beutel, die meistens zur Aufbewahrung von schüttfähigen Lebensmitteln eingesetzt werden, an die mehrmalige Entnahme und Dosierung des darin aufbewahrten Produktes ohne die Notwendigkeit, sie dauerhaft zu beschädigen und zu entdichten. Der eingesetzte Verschluss ermöglicht das Lösen und Ausschwenken des Deckels, die Entnahme der benötigten Produktmenge aus dem Beutel und ein erneutes Verschließen. Solche Verpackungsart schützt das verpackte Produkt sehr dicht gegen Feuchte, Duftverlust oder Verschüttung. Dies verlängert wesentlich nicht nur die Verwendbarkeit des Produktes, sondern hält auch seinen Geschmack lange Zeit aufrecht. Erneutes Verschließen des Beutels nach der jeweiligen Produktentnahme macht die Verflüchtigung der für seine Geschmacks- und Ernährungseigenschaften entscheidenden Substanzen unmöglich. Dies ist besonders wichtig bei den Lebensmittelverpackungen.
Die entwickelte Erfindung eignet sich besonders gut für schüttfähige Lebensmittel, kann jedoch auch erfolgreich für andere Produktarten eingesetzt werden. Das Anbringen eines zusätzlichen Griffes in dem Verschluss ermöglicht noch zusätzlich eine bequeme Präsentation in dem Laden sowie Aufhängung auf den dazu vorgesehenen typischen Ständern, besonders dann, wenn die Öffnung in dem Griff in ihrer Form und Größe der sog. "Euroöffnung" annähernd gleich ist, die in den zum Aufhängen auf den Regalen in den Verbrauchergroßmärkten vorgesehenen Verpackungen üblich ist.
Die entwickelte Verpackung mit Verschluss kann in beliebigen, auch in sehr kleinen Abmessungen ausgeführt werden. Dies hat zur Folge, dass auch kleine Mengen an Lebensmitteln-bequem aufbewahrt werden können und die jeweilige Entnahme einer kleinen Menge aus der Verpackung weder die Verwendbarkeitsdauer noch die Qualität der in der Verpackung verbliebenen Produktmenge beeinträchtigt.
Der flache Typ des entwickelten Verschlusses mit der Stärke, die meistens der des Beutels annähernd gleich ist, erlaubt eine genaue Ausfüllung und Ausnutzung des Lade- und Lagerraumes und erleichtert dadurch die Lagerung und den Transport der hier erfundenen Verpackungen.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand wurde in folgenden Ausführungsbeispielen in Form von Zeichnungen dargestellt: Zeichnung 1 - vergrößerter Verschluss mit zusätzlichem Griff, Zeichnung 2 - Verpackung mit eingebautem Grundverschluss in geöffneter Position, Zeichnung 3 - eingebauter Verschluss mit Bolzen und Schleife, Zeichnung 4 - eingebauter Verschluss mit Drehdeckel und Folienschutz sowie Zeichnung 5 - eingebauter Verschluss mit Deckel in Form eines Drehverschlusses und mit Folienschutz.The main advantage of developing packaging is the adaptation of standard packaging, ie. "Euro opening" is approximately equal, common in the packaging intended for hanging on the shelves in the hypermarkets.
The developed packaging with closure can be made in any, even in very small dimensions. As a result, even small amounts of food can be conveniently stored and the removal of a small amount from the packaging neither the Usefulness or the quality of the remaining product in the package affected.
The flat type of the developed closure, with the strength most similar to that of the bag, allows accurate filling and utilization of the loading and storage space, thereby facilitating the storage and transport of the packages invented here.

Die erfundene Verpackung besteht aus zwei Hauptelementen: dem Beutel 1 sowie dem Verschluss 2. Der Beutel 1 hat eine quasi-rechteckige Form und besteht aus zwei Schichten 3, die miteinander an den Kanten mittels Schweißnaht 4 verbunden sind.
In einer der Ecken des Beutels 1, zwischen seinen Schichten 3 wird der Untersatz 5 des Verschlusses 2 angeordnet. Der Verschluss 2 besteht aus zwei Elementen: dem Untersatz 5 sowie dem mit ihm schwenkbar verbundenen und schnappartig verschließbaren Deckel 6. Der Untersatz 5 verfügt über den oberen umlaufenden Flansch 7. In dem unteren Teil des Untersatzes 5, der bei dem normalen Gebrauch der Verpackung unsichtbar bleibt, wurden Aussparungen 8 ausgeführt, die das Befestigen an dem Untersatz 5, das Verschweißen mit ihm oder das Einkleben der Schichten 3 des Beutels 1 erleichtern. Der umlaufende Flansch 7 des Untersatzes 5 umschlingt seinen Boden 9, der den Raum innerhalb des Beutels 1 abschließt. In dem Boden 9 wurden dagegen zusätzlich Verengungen 10 mit beliebiger Form ausgeführt, dh. Verdünnungen der Bodendicke 9, die das einfache Durchstechen oder Ausbrechen des Deckels 9 während der Erstöffnung der Verpackung sowie das Öffnen der ursprünglich verschlossenen Öffnung 11 ermöglichen, durch die der Inhalt des Beutels 1 anschließend dosiert wird. Der dichte Verschluss der Verpackung vor ihrer Erstöffnung bewirkt, dass das sich darin befindende Produkt barriereartig abgesichert und hermetisch verschlossen wird und das Produkt nach der Erstöffnung der Verpackung mit seiner Hilfe bequem dosiert werden kann.
Der Zugang zu dem Inhalt des Beutels 1 wird durch das Drücken der miteinander mittels Scharnier 12 verbundenen Deckels 6 und Flansches 7 des Untersatzes 5 verschlossen. Dies ist dadurch möglich, dass die Form des Deckels 6 an die Abmessungen des Flansches 7 des Untersatzes 5 angepasst ist. In dem Deckel 6 kann zusätzlich ein Griff 13 ausgeführt werden, der sein leichtes Öffnen und Aufhängen der gesamten Verpackung auf den typischen Ladenständern ermöglicht. In dem Deckel 6 kann optional ein Schnappverschluss 14 angebracht werden, der zusätzlich gegen das leichte Öffnen des Verschlusses 2 absichert.
Der beschriebene Verschluss 2 kann je nach Bedarf an beliebiger Stelle des Beutels angebracht werden: in seiner Ecke, an seiner Seite, in dem Untersatz oder in seinem oberen Teil. Die Form des Verschlusses 2 selbst kann unter Einbehaltung seiner Konstruktionseigenschaften auch beliebig sein und verschiedene, manchmal effektvolle Formen und Farben annehmen, die zugleich die ästhetische Seite der gesamten Verpackung erhöhen.
Die entwickelte Lösung kann aus verschiedensten Werkstoffen gefertigt werden.
