Abstract
Der für die Anordnung im Kühlsystem einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine bestimmte Granulatbeutel (1) hat aus einem Gewebe von verschweissbaren Kunststofffäden (6,7) bestehende Beutelwände (2,3), die entlang von zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden Beutelrändern (8,9) miteinander verwoben sind. Quer zu den gewebten Beutelrändern (8,9) ist der Granulatbeutel durch Schweissnähte (17,20) verschlossen. Durch doppelte Ausbildung der Kettfäden beider Beutelwände steht eine ausreichende Menge an Material zur Verfügung, um den Schweissnähten eine hohe Festigkeit und dem Granulatbeutel (1) zusammen mit seinen gewebten Seitenrändern (8,9) eine hohe Formsteifigkeit zu geben. Eine Befestigungslasche (22) des Granulatbeutels (1) ist durch eine Verschlussnaht (17), eine dazu parallel verlaufende Schweissnaht und zwei Abschrägungen (13,14) begrenzt und hat ein zentrales Loch (37) für die Fixierung des Granulatbeutels in einem eine gewölbte Wand aufweisenden Kühlwasserausgleichsbehälter. The granulate bag (1) intended for the arrangement in the cooling system of an internal combustion engine has bag walls (2, 3) consisting of a fabric of weldable plastic threads (6, 7), which are woven together along two mutually parallel bag edges (8, 9). Transverse to the woven bag edges (8,9), the granule bag is closed by welds (17,20). By double formation of the warp threads of both bag walls, a sufficient amount of material is available to give the welds high strength and the granule bag (1) together with its woven side edges (8,9) a high dimensional stability. A fastening tab (22) of the granular bag (1) is bounded by a closing seam (17), a weld seam running parallel thereto and two bevels (13, 14) and has a central hole (37) for fixing the granular bag in a curved wall having cooling water expansion tank.
