Description
Die Erfindung betrifft die Zusammenfassung des Schlauchs eines wassergekühlten Hochstromkabels (HS-Kabels) mit dem massiven Kabelkopf. Wassergekühlte HS-Kabel kommen insbesondere in Zusammenhang mit der Energieversorgung von Lichtbogen-Schmelzöfen zum Einsatz. Hierbei ist das HS-Kabel, dann auch die Zusammenfassung des Schlauchs des HS-Kabels mit den Kabelköpfen, im laufenden Betrieb auf das Senken und Heben des Elektrodentragarms und dann auch auf dessen Verschwenken zurückzuführenden, sowohl Zug- und Stauchbeanspruchungen als auch Torsionsbeanspruchungen unterworfen. Aufgrund dieser Beanspruchungen wirft die Zusammenfassung des das HS-Kabel umgebenden Schlauches des wassergekühlten HS-Kabels mit seinem massiven Kabelkopf Probleme auf. In zurückliegender Zeit hat man den das HS-Kabel umgebenden Schlauch gegenüber dem Kabelkopf mit Schellenbändern festgelegt (
Zwischenzeitlich angestellte Überlegungen haben nunmehr zu der Erkenntnis geführt, daß sich eine weitergehende Erhöhung der Standzeit der Zusammenfassung des das HS-Kabel umgebenden Schlauches mit dem Kabelkopf herbeiführen lassen müßte, wenn die Rändelungen in den Bereich der Sägezahnriffelung integriert werden. Dieser Erkenntnis Rechnung tragend ist nunmehr
- die Zusammenfassung des das Hochstromkabel (HS-Kabel) umgebenden Schlauches eines wassergekühlten HS-Kabels mit dem massiven Kabelkopf, der im Bereich des durch Klemmbänder bzw. Klemmschellen gegenüber dem Kabelkopf festlegbaren Schlauches Axialbeanspruchungen der Zusammenfassung blockierende Sägezahnriffelungen und Torsionsbeanspruchungen blockierende Rändelungen aufweist,
- vorgesehen, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß
- die Rändelungen in den Bereich der Sägezahnriffelungen integriert werden.

Der massive Kabelkopf ist mit 11 bezeichnet, die im Kabelkopf 11 befindlichen Aufnahmen 111 für die Adern des nicht dargestellten HS-Kabels mit 111. Anschlußseitig weist der Kabelkopf 11 einen größeren Bereich 11I auf, der mit einer stumpfen Sägezahnriffelung 22 versehen ist, wobei die Zahnflanken 222 einschließlich ihres stumpfen Bereichs 221 gerändelt (21) sind. Das auf dem Kabelkopf 11 aufgezogene Ende 311 des Schlauches 31 wird gegenüber dem Kabelkopf 11 durch das Schlauchende 311 umgebende Schellenbänder (Kabelschellen) 41 und 42 festgelegt.
