Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tintenpatrone (10) zum Einsetzen in eine Patronenaufnahme (56) eines Tintenstrahldruckers, mit einem Gehäuse (12), in dem sich mindestens eine Tintenspeicherkammer befindet, und einem Tintenanschluss (16) zum Verbinden der Tintenspeicherkammer mit einem am Tintenstrahldrucker vorgesehenen Versorgungsanschluss beim Einsetzen der Tintenpatrone (10) in die Patronenaufnahme (56), wobei das Gehäuse (12) eine in Einsatzrichtung der Tintenpatrone (10) in die Patronenaufnahme (56) vorn befindliche Patronenvorderseite, eine entgegengesetzt, am in Einsatzrichtung rückseitigen Ende der Tintenpatrone (10), befindliche Patronenrückseite (54), zwei sich gegenüberliegende Seitenflächen sowie eine Patronenunterseite (26) und eine Patronenoberseite (36) aufweist, wobei an der Patronenrückseite (54) zumindest ein, vorzugsweise zwei in Bezug auf Patronenunterseite (26) und Patronenoberseite (36) voneinander vertikal beabstandete, Lateralspreizelement(e) (58) zur seitlichen Fixierung der Tintenpatrone (10) in einer der Patronenrückseite (54) zugeordneten Ausnehmung (60) der Patronenaufnahme (56) sowie ferner Mittel zum Lösen der Fixierung vorgesehen ist(sind).
