Je nachdem ob die freien Schenkel des Haltebügels bei der Montage zusammengedrückt oder auseinandergedrückt werden, weist die von der Vorspannung des montierten Haltebügels verursachte Kraft entweder nach außen oder nach innen. Die Größe der von der Vorspannung verursachten Kräfte hängt dabei vom Maß der elastischen Verformung des Haltebügels bei der Montage ab. Die Achse 3 ist in der Liegefläche 1 dreh- und längsverschiebbar gelagert. An der Achse 3 ist ein Haltebügel 2 angebracht. Der Haltebügel 2 ist U-förmig ausgebildet, wobei die freien Schenkel des Haltebügels 2 beidseitig der Liegefläche 1 an die Achse 3 geführt sind. Beide freien Schenkel des Haltebügels 2 sind mit zur Liegefläche 1 weisenden Reibflächen 21 versehen. Den Reibflächen 21 stehen gleichartige, an der Liegefläche 1 angebrachte Reibflächen 11 gegenüber. Vorteilhaft sind die Reibflächen 11 und die Reibflächen 21 als zur Achse 3 konzentrische Kreisringe ausgeführt. Ein erster freier Schenkel des Haltebügels 2 ist mit einer Handhabevorrichtung 4 versehen. Die Handhabevorrichtung 4 besteht aus einem Handgriff und einem mit der Achse 3 kooperierendem Getriebe 41. Der zweite freie Schenkel des Haltebügels 2 ist fest mit der Achse verbunden. Der Haltebügel 2 kann bei gelösten, d. h. in hinreichend großem Abstand zueinander angeordneten Reibflächen 11 und 21 gemäß

Aufgrund der Entspannung des vorgespannten Haltebügels 2, bei der die freien Schenkel auseinandergedrückt werden, und durch den Druck der von zwischen den Reibflächen 11 und den Reibflächen 21 angeordneten Druckfedern 5, wird erreicht, dass sich eine schwimmende symmetrische Positionierung der freien Enden der beiden freien Schenkel des Haltebügels bei zugleich definiertem Abstand der Reibflächen 21 zu den Reibflächen 11 ergibt. Somit ist gewährleistet, dass die Arretierung durch die Reibflächen beim Lösen der Handhabevorrichtung 4 zuverlässig gelöst wird.
