This invention relates to electric `fuse tofuse pulling and placing tongs. Theprimary object of' this invention is the provision, inv a manner as hereinafter set-v forth, of an improved fuse 'handling tool perfectly insulated against the passage of an electric current from the fuse point to the hand of the person holding the fuse gripper.`
