Abstract

The present invention provides a pistol protective holster with one-way safety means mainly comprising of a protective holster main sandwich with several clamping, a pair of clamping and receiving members with triangular and trapezoidal cut planes, two strip-shaped spring leaves, and a frame protecting cover, furthermore, an expanding member formed at the fold of the protective holster main sandwich; since a pair of clamping and receiving members with triangular and trapezoidal structures positions the pistol body at the sectional space where the expanding member presses against the protective holster main sandwich with the assistance of the tightly forcing resilience from the middle of two spring leaves, thereby the method of drawing the pistol from the inside of the protective holster features a safety efficacy of only allowing the removing of the pistol by pressing against one-way toward the inner side of the human body.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1) Field of the Invention [0001]
  • The present invention relates to a pistol protective holster with one-way safety means, more especially a pistol protective holster comprised of having a set of clamping and receiving members with triangular and trapezoidal structures fitted with the mutual pressing of the expanding member formed according to the configuration of the pistol. [0002]
  • 2) Description of the Prior Art [0003]
  • Among the available conventional pistol protective holsters, the representative ones with safety means, as shown and indicated in FIGS. 1 and 1A, mainly using a clamping and receiving flange ([0004] 11) with convex triangular slope (110) and the hook holding member (10) with the guide rail (13) consisted of two flanges (12) and other parts positioned on the inner side (120) of the pistol protective holster (100); after the pistol (101) is inserted into the protective holster (100), the foresight (111) should move along the guide rail (13) and over the clamping and receiving flange (11), since the convex triangular slope (110) therein blocks and receives in time, thereby the pistol (101) will be placed inside the protective holster (100), that is the key point of the safety possession; when planning to use the pistol (101), one only has to sway the pistol (101) left or right toward the direction of the protective holster (100), that means to make the foresight (111) deflect from the contact state with the clamping and receiving flange (11), then easily draw the pistol (101) to use. However, since the existed option of being swayed left or right, the pistol (101) can be removed from the protective holster (100); therefore, when the wearer of the gun is attacked, the attacker only has to move and sway the gun grip at a rush to easily thwart the original wearer of the gun to control instead; thereby the efficacy of the conventional protective holster of safely preventing the gun from being ambushed fails; that is the disadvantage of the traditional pistol protective holsters and is also one of the major issues to be overcome.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In view of the potential danger caused by the disadvantage of the structural design of the conventional pistol during real-time usage, the inventor of the present invention researched in depth and made conceptual breakthrough by intentionally using a pair of triangular and trapezoidal structures integrated inside the pistol protective holster to clamp and receive the position near where the pistol trigger affixes to, and assisted by an expanding member, formed according to the configuration of the pistol, pressed from the side against the pistol inserted and engaged in the protective holster to structure a safety efficacy of only allowing the removing of the pistol by pressing against one-way toward the inner side of the human body, thereby to augment the safety of the holster itself for storing the pistol and to indirectly guarantee the safety of the wearer of the pistol as the main objectives. [0005]
  • These and other objectives, advantages and features of the present invention will be further understood from the following brief description of the drawings and the detail description of the preferred embodiments.[0006]
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 and [0007] 1A are the schematic drawings of the relative positions among the hook holding member of the safety means, the protective holster and the pistol stored inside the conventional pistol protective holster.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIG. 2 of an exploded pictorial drawing of the main members of the present invention of a pistol protective holster with one-way safety means, as indicated, the configuration of the pistol is orderly formed into protective holster main sandwich ([0015] 2) with parts of clamping, receiving and attaching sides (20); the positions (21, 22) near where affixed by the pistol trigger are respectively mounted with a triangular clamping and receiving member (211) and a trapezoidal clamping and receiving member (221), wherein the inclined plane portion (231) of the clamping and receiving member (221) is just big enough to clamp and receive the pistol trigger inserted and received therein, while the trapezoidal vertical portion (241) is just big enough to clamp and receive the inner side of the protective arch below the trigger; furthermore, the triangular top portion (213) of the clamping and receiving member (211) will fill in the space at top bottom (251) of the clamping and receiving member (221) near the trigger, thereby only when the inserted and received pistol presses against toward the direction of the clamping and receiving member (211), the pistol protective arch (along with the trigger) can be made to deflect from the original state of being clasped and positioned; in addition, at the rear side of the protective main sandwich (2) corresponding to the positions of the clamping and receiving members (211, 221), those are the positions adjacent to where the pistol trigger affixes to, is assisted respectively by two strip-shaped spring leaves (212, 222) covered by an external clasping piece (23) on the protective holster main sandwich (2), a frame protecting cover (24) is formed according to the peripheral frame rim of the protective holster main sandwich (2) to stitch and bond the said clasping piece (23) into one unit; in addition, an insertion slot casing (25) of snap members disposed for fitting and tightly retaining the pistol inserted inside the protective holster main sandwich (2) is threaded accordingly onto the external side of the clasping piece (23).
  • Referring to FIG. 3, in the present invention, in order to more stably position the pistol to the inner side of the protective holster main sandwich ([0016] 2), an expanding member (26) is formed according to the pistol body and the protective arch to be filled into the bent and formed notch (27) area on the side of the said protective holster (2) and to be further integrated with the protective holster main sandwich (2) by means of screw member set (28); what worthy of mentioning is that the slackness of the screw member set (28) tightly threading the expanding member (26) can be adjusted specifically according to people's force (depending on different people) exerted for drawing the pistol, for example, for women, the slackness can be looser than that for men (just by adjusting the tightness of the screw members); no matter what, the filling of the said expanding member (26), plus the retaining of the pistol trigger from the clamping and receiving members (211, 221) inside the said protective holster (2), and the assistance of the resilient energy of position of the spring leaves inside the said main sandwich (2) enable the pistol stored in the said protective holster (2) to have more safety efficacy.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, as the schematic drawing of the present invention, wherein, in order to fit the positioning of the pistol inside the said protective holster ([0017] 2), the snap fasteners are additionally attached, wherein the parent snap member (251) (with self-adhesive fastening belt (252)) and the slot casing (25) (on the inner side, also with self-adhesive fastening belt) engage to each other; and also as the exploded pictorial drawing of the engagement of the parent snap member (251) with the through bind member (29) for the human body's waist belt; since both the snap member (251) and the slot casing (25) have the self-adhesive materials therein, the tension degree required for snapping the pistol butt can be adjusted by ascending or descending the snap members (251) through loosing and fastening the related screw members (291).
  • Referring to FIG. 5, the schematic drawing of the relative position in the snap-type member set, wherein, in addition to the parent snap member ([0018] 251), a sub snap member (253) is threaded to the other side of the said pistol protective holster (2) by means of the screw members (254); perceivably, the pistol butt has extra safer protection through those tight retaining.
  • Referring to FIG. 6, the schematic drawing of the external view of the assembled present invention of a pistol protective holster with one-way safety means, as indicated, the configuration of the assembly ([0019] 30) of the said rigid protective holster (2) makes the stable image required for being a protective tool stand out, and fits with the adequate in-time insertion of the clamping and receiving members (211, 221), intentionally attached inside the said main sandwich (2), toward the pistol trigger; undoubtedly, more safer protection will be provided for the inserted pistol.
  • Referring to FIG. 7, the schematic drawing of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention in terms of horizontal and cross-sectional view, wherein the triangular clamping and receiving member ([0020] 211) of the protective holster main sandwich (2) is situated at the lower side and the protective holster main sandwich (2) affixes to the pistol (101), as indicated, at this moment, the trigger (112) of the pistol (101) is adequately clamped and received by the triangular top portion (213) on the clamping and receiving member (211), in other words, for trigger (112) of the pistol (101), its left and right sides are clamped and received herein, one side is stabilized and the other side is assisted by the trapezoidal clamping and receiving member (221).
  • Referring to FIG. 8, the other schematic drawing of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention in terms of horizontal and cross-sectional view, wherein the trapezoidal clamping and receiving member ([0021] 221) is situated at the lower side and the protective holster main sandwich (2) affixes to the pistol (101), as indicated, at this moment, the other side (relative to FIG. 7) of the trigger (112) of the pistol (101) can be adequately clamped and received by the slope (231) on the upper bottom side of the clamping and receiving member (221); at the mean time, one end side of the protective arch (113) of the pistol (101) is just pressed against by the vertical end side (241) of the clamping and receiving member (221); therefore, it is understood that the pistol (101) at this moment seems to be clasped, in other words, the pistol (101) under this situation is impossible to be drawn upward or toward the rear side of the Figure (that is the normal outer side of the human body); however, the only way to change the said contact state is to press and push the pistol (101) toward the direction of another clamping and receiving member (211) (please refer to FIG. 7), that is the inner side of the human body, for drawing the pistol (101) out; furthermore, since two spring leaves are clasped inside the lateral web of the clamping and receiving members (211, 221), for drawing the pistol (101) on available chance, one only needs to press against and exert force toward the inner side of the human body for reacting through the stored and changed energy of position.

Claims (2)

1. A pistol protective holster with one-way safety means comprising of:
a protective holster main sandwich with several clamping, receiving and attaching sides formed according to the configurations of all the pistol sections; a pair of clamping and receiving members with triangular and trapezoidal cut planes to firmly fix the position affixed by the trigger after the pistol is inserted into the protective holster main sandwich thereat;
two strip-shaped spring leaves, affixed to the rear side of the protective holster main sandwich, adjacent to the positions of the trigger and the protective arch after the pistol is inserted into the protective holster main sandwich, and clasped therein by a clasping piece from the outside of the protective holster main sandwich;
a frame protecting cover formed according to the peripheral frame rim of the protective holster main sandwich to stitch and bond the said clasping piece into one unit;
an expanding member affixed and formed according to the configurations of the protective arch and the pistol grip to be inserted and engaged to the notch area formed at the fold of the protective holster main sandwich, thereby to close the sectional space other than where the pistol is inserted;
a set clasped with a pair of snap members for tightly retaining the pistol butt and of connecting members with the through bind member for the human body's waist belt and threaded to the two sides of the protective holster main sandwich by means of the screw members;
two strip-shaped spring leaves are respectively clasped to the rear sides of the said triangular and trapezoidal clamping and receiving members with the pistol possessing adequate stored and changed energy of position; the said threaded protective holster main sandwich (penetrated through the expanding member) enables the slackness of the nuts and bolts in the shape of the protective holster to be adjustable according to the force to be exerted by the wearer of the pistol.
2. The pistol protective holster with one-way safety means of claim 1, wherein the said snap member set for retaining the pistol butt tightly and the connecting member set with the through bind member for the human body's waist belt threaded respectively to the upper sides (left and right) outside the protective holster main sandwich can be threaded according to the habit of the wearer of the pistol.
