Abstract

A method for manufacturing counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics comprises the steps of forming a predetermined texture on a substrate by knitting, weaving, and embroidering; the texture and the substrate are formed with yarns; the substrate having the texture being used as a bottom cloth; grinding a surface of the bottom cloth so that hairs are formed from the yarns of the texture and the substrate on the surface of the substrate so that naps are formed on the surface of the substrate. Thus the texture on the substrate likes a counterfeit deer leatherware. In the manufacturing of the bottom cloth, the texture is formed with the substrate. Or the substrate is made firstly and then the texture is formed thereon by a method selected from one of knitting, weaving, and embroidering. In manufacturing the bottom cloth, the texture is knitted or embroidered on the substrate to protrude on the surface of the substrate so as to present a three-dimensional feeling. Or the naps are leveled to have a flat appearance.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics, and particularly to a method for forming counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The deer leatherware is popular by people since it presents a good feeling to users, but recently, deer leatherware become less and thus they are expensive. Moreover, to form pattern on a deer leatherware is difficult and only some technology is permissible. Therefore, counterfeit deer leatherware is necessary for replacing the deer leatherware under the consideration of cost and applications.

Referring to FIG. 1, a conventional method of manufacturing counterfeit deer leatherware is illustrated. In the method, the surface of a substrate 21 (referring to FIG. 1A) is coated with a layer of glue S. Then short nap 22 made of man-made fiber is paved on the substrate 21 so as to form a counterfeit deer leatherware (referring to FIG. 1B, 1C and 1D). This prior art way induces that the distribution of hairs are not uniform. Moreover, the glue S can not stick the hairs 22 to the substrate 21 tightly so that the hairs will drop down for a long time.

Furthermore, in this prior art, if it is desired to add a texture 3 (including a bottom color 3A, a pattern 3B and an indication 3C) to the counterfeit deer leatherware 2. Then the positions for adding the texture 3 must be left without gluing. The other portions are coated with glue S1, i.e., coated with nap 22A (referring to FIGS. 1B and 1B1). Then the portions 3B′ and 3C′ are left, only the portion 3A′ for forming the bottom color is coated with nap 22B of different color (referring to FIGS. 1C and 1C1. Then the portions 3B′ and 3C′ are coated for forming the pattern 3B′ and indication 3C′ (referring to FIGS. 1D and 1D1). Thereby, a product shown in FIG. 1D is formed.

Above method is complicated and the operation is inconvenient. Thereby, to align the glue to the desired portions are difficult. Moreover, it is unsuitable in mass production. In the repeated gluing process, it is often that the texture to be formed on the substrate is deformed or distorted so as to affect the quality and appearance of the product.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics comprises the steps of forming a predetermined texture on a substrate by knitting, weaving, and embroidering; the texture and the substrate are formed with yarns; the substrate having the texture being used as a bottom cloth; grinding a surface of the bottom cloth so that hairs are formed from the yarns of the texture and the substrate on the surface of the substrate so that naps are formed on the surface of the substrate, thus the texture on the substrate likes a counterfeit deer leatherware.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics, wherein in the manufacturing of the bottom cloth, the texture is formed with the substrate. Or the substrate is made firstly and then the texture is formed thereon by a method selected from one of knitting, weaving, and embroidering.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics, wherein in manufacturing the bottom cloth, the texture is knitted or embroidered on the substrate to protrude on the surface of the substrate so as to present a three dimensional feeling. Or the naps are leveled to have a flat appearance.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. [0014] 2A and 2A1, a method for forming counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics of the present invention is illustrated. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of
Forming a predetermined texture [0015] 3 on a substrate 4 by knitting, weaving, embroidering. The texture 3 and the substrate4 are formed with yarns, and the texture is classified as a bottom color 3A, a pattern 3B, an indication 3C. The texture 3 may be a single-color, or a multiple-color texture. The substrate 4 having the texture 3 is used as a bottom cloth 5;
Grinding a surface of the [0016] bottom cloth 5 so that hairs are formed from the yarns of the texture 3 and the substrate 21 on the surface, as shown in FIGS. 2B and 2B1 so that naps 4′, 3A′, 3B′ and 3C′ are formed on the surface of the substrate 4, thus the texture 3 on the substrate 4 can not be seen very clearly and likes a counterfeit deer leatherware
In the manufacturing of the [0017] bottom cloth 5, the texture 3 can be formed with the substrate 4; or the substrate 4 is made firstly and then the texture 3 is formed thereon by knitting, weaving, or embroidering, etc.
Referring to FIGS. [0018] 2B and 2B1, in manufacturing the bottom cloth 5 of the present invention, the texture 3 is knitted or embroidering on the substrate 4 to protrude on the surface of the substrate 4 so as to present a three-dimensional feeling.
Referring to FIGS. [0019] 2C and 2C1, the naps 4′, 3A, 3B and 3C are leveled to have a flat appearance.
The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims. Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A method for manufacturing counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics comprises the steps of

forming a predetermined texture on a substrate by one of knitting, weaving, and embroidering; the texture and the substrate being formed with yarns; the substrate having the texture being used as a bottom cloth; and

grinding a surface of the bottom cloth so that hairs are formed from the yarns of the texture and the substrate on the surface of the substrate so that naps are formed on a surface of the substrate, thus the texture on the substrate likes a counterfeit deer leatherware.

2. The counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the texture is one of a single-color, and a multiple-color texture.

3. The counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the manufacturing of the bottom cloth, the texture is formed with the substrate.

4. The counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the substrate is made firstly and then the texture is formed thereon by a method selected from one of knitting, weaving, and embroidering.

5. The counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics as claimed in claim 1, wherein in manufacturing the bottom cloth, the texture is knitted or embroidered on the substrate to protrude on the surface of the substrate so as to present a three-dimensional picture.

6. The counterfeit-deer-texture fabrics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the naps are leveled to have a flat appearance.
