Abstract

A cover for the great water outlet of a water bag comprises a cover, a locking element and a connecting strip. The locking element is provided on the water outlet of a water bag for coupling with the cover. The locking element is in the form of a cylinder and is provided with a hole on the lower cylinder wall for the connecting strip to pass through. An extender is provided on the cylinder above the hole. The upper cylinder wall is provided with threads with a peripheral groove provided below. By way of the coupling of a handle buckle ring and the peripheral groove, the coupling of the locking element to the threaded inner wall of the cover rim, and the fastening of the connecting strip to the cover bottom, the cover would not fall off when being released from the locking element since it is linked by the connecting strip.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • (a) Field of the Invention [0001]
  • The present invention relates to a cover structure for the great water outlet of a water bag, which would not fall off of the water bag and be lost, particularly to a cover for water bag especially applicable in sport time. [0002]
  • (b) Description of the Prior Art [0003]
  • Cycling has become a popular outdoor activity in terms of leisure, sports or traffic transportation. People usually mount a rack on a bicycle for holding the water bottle to solve the drinking issue during cycling. And, to make it convenient for the cycler to drink water from the bottle on the bicycle, a conduit with nozzle may be provided on the cover of the bottle for drinking purposes, such that the cycler can drink water during cycling, rather than stop to drink. However, in view of the fact that the cover might easily fall off and be lost at the time of being washed and that the user can only hold the locking element when filling water to the water bag, the inventor further disclosed the present invention as an improvement of the water bag, in an attempt to bring more benefits to the users.   • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary object of the invention is to provide a cover for a water bag, which would not easily fall off and be lost when being washed or re-supplied since the cover can be attached to the water bag. [0005]
  • Another object of the invention is to provide a cover for a water bag, which may be mounted with a handle to facilitate the user to hold the water bag when washing or filling water. [0006]
  • A further object of the invention is to provide a cover for a water bag, which has a handle capable of rotating to change direction such that the user may fling the water bag as he/she wishes easily. [0007]
  • To achieve the above objects, the invention is provided with a cover, a locking element and a connecting strip. The locking element is provided on the water outlet of a water bag for coupling with the cover. The locking element is in the form of a cylinder and is provided with a hole on the lower cylinder wall for the connecting strip to pass through. An extender is provided on the cylinder above the hole. The upper cylinder wall is provided with threads with a peripheral groove provided below. By way of the coupling of a handle buckle ring to the peripheral groove, the coupling of the locking element to the threaded inner wall of the cover rim, and the fastening of the connecting strip to the cover bottom, the cover would not fall off when being released from the locking element since it is linked by the connecting strip.   • The detailed construction and other characteristics of the present invention can be better understood by way of reading the following descriptions with reference to the accompanied drawings. [0009]

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the invention is composed of a [0019] cover 10, a locking element 20, a connecting strip 30 and a water bag 40. The top of the cover is provided with three hollows such that a knob handle 11 is formed to ease a user to hold the cover by fingers. A hollow pipe 13 is provided on the bottom of the cover where the three hollows meet, and an extruding ring 14 (as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6) is provided under the cover near the rim. A rubber ring 15 (as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6) is provided in-between the extruding ring 14 and the cover rim, while threads are provided around the inner wall of the cover.
  • The [0020] locking element 20 is in the form of a cylinder. A hole 23 is provided on the lower cylinder wall, while an extender 22 is laterally provided above the hole 23, and threads 21 are provided on the upper cylinder wall adjacent the extender 22.
  • A [0021] connecting strip 30, which, being in the form of long strip, is provided with a connecter 31 at one end and a stopper 32 extending toward opposite sides at the other end.
  • When coupling the [0022] locking element 20 to the water outlet of the water bag 40, the hole 23 is disposed inside of the water bag 40, whereas the threads 21 of the locking element 20 are disposed outside of the water bag 40. The connecting strip 30 is disposed inside of the water bag 40. The connecter 31 provided at the smaller end of the connecting strip 30 passes through the hole 23 on the locking element 20 such that the stopper 32 can be stuck inside of the hole 23 for preventing the connecting strip 30 from slipping away. By way of a nail 33, the connecter 31 can be coupled to the hollow pipe 13 on the central bottom of the cover 10. The stopper 32 extended outwardly at the other end of the connecting strip 30 has a greater width than that of the hole 23 such that it can be stock on the hole 23, rather than slipping away, thereby the connecting strip 30 along with the cover 10 can be linked to the locking element 20, as shown in FIG. 3.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, when the [0023] water bag 40 is filled with water, the cover 10 may be coupled with the locking element 10. An extruding ring 14 provided on the bottom of the cover 10 adjacent to the rim can lean against the cylinder wall of the locking element 20 for preventing drinking water from leaking. Besides, when the cover 10 is coupled with the locking element 20, a rubber ring 15 provided in-between the extruding ring 14 and the cover rim can enforce the anti-leakage effect (as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6).
  • FIGS. [0024] 7 to 9 show another embodiment of the invention, wherein a peripheral groove 24 having a plurality of grooves 25 is provided under the threads 21 of the locking element 20. Said embodiment is further provided with a handle 50, which is composed of two corresponding levers. Each of the inner sides of the levers includes flexible locking clamps 51, locking holes 52 and arc levers 53 a, 53 b. By way of the coupling of arc levers 53 a, 53 b, a buckle ring can be formed to engage and couple into the peripheral groove 24 of the locking element 20. And, when the corresponding flexible locking clamps 51 and locking holes 52 are coupled, the handle 50 would not release from the locking element 20. One-way teeth 54 are extruded in a inclined way from the inner side of the arc levers 53 a, 53 b so as to be fastened into the grooves 25 provided in the peripheral groove 24 of the locking element 20, thereby the handle 50 not only can be fastened to the locking element 20, but also can be rotated in single direction for changing orientation.
  • Furthermore, a [0025] hook 55 is integrally formed on the top of the handle 50 such that the water conduit can be fastened to the water bag 40.
  • While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed Claims, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.   • Concluded above, the cover for water bag according to the invention can be connected to the water bag via the coupling of the connecting strip with the locking element, so that the cover would not be lost when being opened for washing or filling water. A handle further engaged in the locking element can be rotated in single direction for changing the angle of the handle. For water bag structure disclosed so far, the space development is novel and the utility has been greatly improved, as the inventor claimed in the appended claims. [0027]

Claims (1)

I claim:
1. A cover for the great water outlet of a water bag, comprising:
a cover, which is provided with a knob handle formed on the top by a plurality of hollows to ease the user to hold by fingers, a pipe on the central bottom, a extruding ring under the cover near the rim, and threads around the inner wall of the cover;
a locking element, which, being in the form of a cylinder, is provided with an extender adjacent the bottom for connecting to the water bag; a hole is provided on the lower cylinder wall adjacent the extender, while threads are provided on the upper cylinder wall adjacent the extender for coupling with the cover; and
a connecting strip, which, being in the form of long strip, is provided with a connecter at one end such that the connecter may pass through the hole on the locking element and be fastened to the pipe on the bottom of the cover via a nail; a stopper extending toward opposite sides is provided at the other end of the connecting strip for refraining the whole connecting strip from coming off the hole on the locking element. The cover for the great water outlet of a water bag according to claim 1, wherein a rubber ring is provided in-between the extruding ring and the rim of the cover for enhancing the coupling of the cover with the locking element and for tight water proof. A cover for the great water outlet of a water bag, comprising:
a cover, which is provided with a knob handle formed on the top by a plurality of hollows to ease the user to hold by fingers, a pipe on the central bottom, a extruding ring under the cover near the rim, and threads around the cover inner wall;
a locking element, which, being in the form of a cylinder, is provided with an extender adjacent the bottom for connecting to the water bag; a hole is provided on the lower cylinder wall adjacent the extender, while threads are provided on the upper cylinder wall adjacent the extender for coupling with the cover, and a peripheral groove is provided under the threads;
a connecting strip, which, being in the form of long strip, is provided with a connecter at one end such that the connecter may pass through the hole on the locking element and be fastened to the pipe on the bottom of the cover via a nail; a stopper extending toward opposite sides is provided on the other end of the connecting strip for refraining the whole connecting strip from coming off the hole on the locking element; and
a handle, which comprised a buckle ring and a tongue; the buckle ring can be coupled into the peripheral ring of the locking element for fastening purposes. The cover for the great water outlet of a water bag according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of grooves are provided inside of the peripheral ring of the locking element. The cover for the great water outlet of a water bag according to claim 3, wherein the handle has two corresponding levers which are provided with flexible locking clamps, locking holes and arc levers on the inner sides. The cover for the great water outlet of a water bag according to claim 3, wherein the arc levers of the handle are provided with one-way teeth which may be engaged in the grooves of the peripheral ring of the locking element, in order to keep the handle rotating in single direction. The cover for the great water outlet of a water bag according to claim 3, wherein a hook may be integrally formed on the top of the handle.
