Description

  • The object of the invention is the device for dispense of cards, especially business and personal cards, after the example of an appliance widely known as “shoe”—for dealing cards in gambling games, for instance in black jack.
  • Known and applied models of that type as “shoe” comprise of shaped dispenser with incline inside it leaning forward in the direction of card distribution, and the end of the incline rests directly on a table and therefore a card being drawn out can be only pushed forward without possibility of upward movement and reverse it because there is not a convenient surface allowing to take the card with a hand.
  • The aim of the invention is to solve the problem that there is not an easy grasping of a card after it is put out from the “shoe” and thus hitherto existing, conventional model of the device restricts its using for dealing cards in gambling games only.
  • A device for dispense of cards, particularly, business and personal cards, is in the shape of a container in the form of hexahedral block with symmetrical sides, limiting the dimension of the container trunk according to the dimension of the cards being inside and the container is closed from the front side with an inclined front wall having a hole with arched limitation at the top, that makes an access of a finger and further down with a rectangular clearance hole creating an outlet for cards, coming out from the container. The outlet is spreading out for the whole width of the dispenser and it makes possible putting succeeding cards out similarly as in the device commonly named as a “shoe”—according to the invention it is characterized by the fact, that the base of the dispenser is raised by a socle and it is supplemented favourably from the front by a shaped receiver in the form of a cube having the dimensions adapted to the front side of the socle, placed tangentially to the socle under the outlet of cards from the dispenser.
  • Thus the outlet of cards is raised and enables to support a thumb as well as to take into fingers the cards pulled out from the dispenser.
  • The shaped receiver placed before the outlet from the dispenser is an independent element assembled separately to the socle.
  • The opposite longer edges of the shaped receiver are at the same height in relation to the supporting surface or the opposite longer edges of the shaped element are at the different height and the edge of the shaped receiver contacting with the front surface of the socle is lower in relation to the support surface than the free, opposite edge of the shaped receiver or the edge of the shaped receiver contacting to the front surface of the socle is higher in relation to the support surface than the opposite free edge of the receiver.
  • The standing out shaped receiver favourably creates an integral part and at the same time it is an extension of the socle assembled to the base of the dispenser.
  • The socle with protruded shaped receiver is favourably assembled disconnectedly to the base of the dispenser.
  • The protruded shaped receiver that raises the place where cards are distributed favourable creates an integral unity with the trunk of the dispenser.
  • The shaped receiver favourably creates integral extension of the separator, placed between the dispenser and an incline in the form of a block that support the base of the dispenser. The shape and the dimension of the extension is adjusted to the front wall of the incline and the separator favourably creates the base of the dispenser and at the same time the incline, on which the cards slips down.
  • The shaped receiver being an integral extension of the separator, placed between the dispenser and the block incline, supporting the base of the dispenser, favourably has the cuboid shape and it overlaps on the upper edge of the front wall of the incline and the thickness of the shaped receiver is smaller than the height of the incline front wall.
  • Favourably shaped receiver is an integral part of the incline and it is in the form of upper section extension of the incline front wall.
  • The other form of the invention, carried out into effect, includes the socle of the dispenser in the form of a cuboid storage bin for spare cards, standing out downward outside the back wall of the dispenser and the side walls of the dispenser are situated obliquely downward and they go away from the upper part of the storage bin.
  • The shaped receiving element can be also as an extension to the front of an insertion fastening the base of the dispenser in a slanting position in relation to the supporting surface and the insertion is fastened to the base of the dispenser.
  • The outside storage bin for spare cards is situated on the back wall of the dispenser, having favourably a separate shaped lid, covering the top of the dispenser as well as its back wall with a slit, or it has a separate shaped lid, covering the top of the dispenser as well as three adjoined walls of the receptacle.
  • The socle of the dispenser can be also in the form of a storage bin for spare cards, placed inside the device and inserted through the back wall of the dispenser and the dispenser is divided crosswise into divisions according to the dimensions of the cards placed therein and it has walls with vertical slits in every divisions in both of their shorter sides as well as shaped openings in the bottom of the divisions under the slits.
  • The advantage of the device according to the invention consists of the fact, that the place of card distribution contacts the front bottom edge of the “shoe” trunk and at the same time it contacts a table (the end of the incline or the end of the base, acting as a incline), and thus it is raised (by a separate socle or a prolongation toward bottom of the side walls of the “shoe” or a rise of the incline), while using in that place of forward protruded shaped receiver, favourably, in the form of a cube, marking the surface of thumb support, makes more easy seizing into fingers a card pulled out from the “shoe” to take it away.
  • The shaped receiver protruded before the “shoe” can create an integral element of the “shoe” trunk as shaped extension onwards to its front wall or it can be a part of a separate socle with a possibility of disconnecting the socle from “shoe” trunk or, it can create an extension of bottom part of the “shoe” incline.
  • Additional favourable element of the equipment is the storage bin for spare cards, placed dependently on a device variant, inside under the incline or outside on the back wall of the dispenser.
  • Complementary element of the device for dispense of cards is top lid (only one for the whole device or two in the case when the “shoe” is equipped with outside storage bin for spare cards) putting on in order to secure interior from dust or from coming out of the “shoe” contents as a result of an accidental overturn.
  • The object of the invention is shown in the example of realization on the drawing, on which
