A chamber is defined in the heel so as to receive a decorative piece therein. The outsole has recesses defined therein and decorative pieces are respectively received in the recesses.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a shoe with recesses defined in the heel and/or outsole and decorative pieces are received in the recesses.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • A conventional shoe generally includes an outsole with a vamp on a top of the outsole and a heel extends from an underside of the outsole. The vamp can be made by different kinds of material and colors so as to show the fashion ideas that designers want to present. However, the vamp is easily to be scratched by objects and the scratch on the vamp is difficult to be removed. Besides, the high heels have a fixed and unchangeable appearance and make people feel monotonous no matter how fashion they were when first published. A vigorous design is a goal for the designers.
  • The present invention intends to provide a shoe that includes decorative pieces received in recesses in the outsole and/or the heel so as to have a brand new feel and fashion style.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a shoe which comprises an outsole with a vamp or a strap connected to a top thereof and a heel is connected to an underside of the outsole. A chamber is defined in the heel and a decorative piece is received in the chamber.
  • The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the outsole with a heel of the shoe of the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is a side cross sectional view of the outsole with a heel of the shoe of the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is a rear end view to show the outsole with a heel of the shoe of the present invention;
  • FIG. 4 is a perspective view, viewed from rear at an angle, to show the outsole with a heel of the shoe of the present invention;
  • FIG. 5 shows a strap is connected to the shoe of the present invention;
  • FIG. 6 shows resin is filled in the chamber in the heel;
  • FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the shoe of the present invention;
  • FIG. 8 is a cross sectional view to show the shoe in FIG. 7, and
  • FIG. 9 shows that both the outsole and the heel have the decorative pieces.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the shoe 10 of the present invention comprises an outsole 11 with a vamp or a strap (as shown in FIG. 5) connected to a top thereof and a heel 12 is connected to an underside of the outsole 11. The heel 12 is made by transparent material so that people can see through the heel 12. A chamber 121 is defined in the heel 12 and a decorative piece 20 is received in the chamber 121. The decorative piece 20 can be solid or flexible. As shown in FIG. 6, the chamber 121 can be filled with resin 30 such as epoxy resin which further reinforce the structural strength of the heel 12.
  • FIGS. 7 and 8 show another embodiment of the shoe 10, wherein a plurality of recesses 111 are defined in the outsole 11 and each recess 111 has a decorative piece 200 received therein. The recesses 111 can also be filled with resin 30 such as epoxy resin.
  • FIG. 9 shows that the shoe 10 may have the heel 12 with the decorative piece 20 received in the chamber 121, and the outsole 11 with the decorative pieces 200 received in the recesses 111.
  • While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
