Abstract

A collapsible culinary table includes a collapsible closet, a foldable table and at least one bracket. The collapsible closet can be moved between a collapsed position and an extended position. The foldable table can be moved between a folded position and an extended position. The foldable table is detachably installed on the collapsible closet. The bracket is detachably installed on the collapsible closet in order to keep the foldable table in the extended position.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
  • 1. Field of Invention
  • The present invention relates to a collapsible culinary table.
  • 2. Related Prior Art
  • Referring to FIG. 12, a conventional grill 100 includes a bowl 100, a grid 110, a plate 120 and a bracket 130. The grid 110 is put on the bowl 100. Barbecue is put on the grid 110 for roasting. The plate 120 is put in the bowl 100 for supporting charcoal used as fuel. The bracket 130 is used for supporting the bowl 100. The bracket 130 can not be collapsed because it is welded together. It is difficult for a user to carry such a grill because it is bulky.
  • Referring to FIGS. 13 and 14, another conventional barbecue grill includes a box 210, a first inclined pan 220 installed on the box 210, a second inclined pan 230 installed on the box 210, a first grid 240 installed on the inclined pans 220 and 230, a second grid 250 installed in the box 210 and an ash tray 260 installed in the box 210 below the second grid 250. This conventional barbecue grill however includes a complicated structure and involves complicated fabrication and results in a high cost. Furthermore, it is inconvenient to use because it is too short.
  • The present invention is therefore intended to obviate or at least alleviate the problems encountered in prior art.
    • SUMMARY OF INVENTION
  • A collapsible culinary table includes a collapsible closet, a foldable table and at least one bracket. The collapsible closet can be moved between a collapsed position and an extended position. The foldable table can be moved between a folded position and an extended position. The foldable table is detachably installed on the collapsible closet. The bracket is detachably installed on the collapsible closet in order to keep the foldable table in the extended position.
  • The primary advantage of the present invention is that the collapsible culinary table can easily be moved between a collapsed position and an extended position.
  • Other objects, advantages, and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the drawings.

  • The present invention will be described through detailed illustration of the preferred embodiment referring to the drawings.
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a collapsible culinary table according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the collapsible culinary table shown in FIG. 1.
  • FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a collapsible closet of FIG. 2.
  • FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional partial view of the collapsible closet of FIG. 3.
  • FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a foldable table of FIG. 2 and shows two lateral boards pivotally connected with the central board.
  • FIG. 6 is similar to FIG. 5 but shows the foldable table in a foldable mode.
  • FIG. 7 is an upper view of a bracket of FIG. 2.
  • FIG. 8 is similar to FIG. 7 but shows a second board pivotally connected with a first board.
  • FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the collapsible closet of FIG. 2 and shows a bottom board pivotally connected with a rear board.
  • FIG. 10 is similar to FIG. 9 but shows a foldable board including two panels pivotally connected with each other.
  • FIG. 11 is similar to FIG. 9 but shows the collapsible closet in a foldable mode.

    • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a collapsible culinary table includes a foldable table 10, a collapsible closet 20 and two brackets 40.
  • The collapsible closet 20 includes four posts 21, two bottom rails 22, two castors 24, a rear board 25, a bottom board 26 and two foldable boards 27. Each of the posts 21 includes first and second ends. The posts 21 are classified into two front posts 21 and two rear posts 21. Each of the casters 24 is attached to the second end of each of the front posts 21. The bottom board 26 is put on the bottom rails 22. The bottom rails 22 are classified into a front bottom rail 22 and a rear bottom rail 22. The bottom board 26 is pivotally connected with the rear bottom rail 22 by means of a plurality of hinges 50. Alternatively, the bottom board 26 may be pivotally connected with the rear board 25. Each of the foldable boards 27 includes two panels 28 pivotally connected with each other by means of a plurality of hinges 50 (see FIG. 10). Each of the foldable board 27 includes two sides each pivotally connected with one of the posts 21 by means of a plurality of hinges 50. Each of the panels 28 includes a plurality of apertures 23 defined therein.
  • The foldable table 10 is detachably installed on the collapsible closet 20. The foldable table 10 includes a central board 30 and two lateral boards 31 pivotally connected with the central board 30 by means of a plurality of hinges 50. Each of the lateral boards 31 includes a socket 32 formed at a bottom face thereof.
  • The brackets 40 are detachably installed on the collapsible closet 20. Each of the brackets 40 includes a first board 41 and a second board 42 pivotally connected with the first board 41 by means of a hinge 50 (see FIG. 7). Each of the first boards 41 includes a plurality of apertures 47 defined therein. Each of the second boards 42 includes a ridge 45 formed thereon. Each ridge 45 is put in one of the sockets 32. Thus, each of the second boards 42 can support one of the lateral boards 31 firmly. The apertures 47 of the first boards 41 are aligned with the apertures 23 of the panels 28. Bolts 43 are driven into the apertures 23 through the apertures 47. Then, the bolts 43 are engaged with butterfly nuts 44. Thus, each of the brackets 40 is secured to one of the foldable boards 27.
  • Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the foldable table 10 is in a foldable mode. The lateral boards 31 are pivotally connected with the central board 30 so that the lateral boards 31 can be pivoted to the central board 30.
  • Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, each of the brackets 40 is in a foldable mode. Each of the second boards 42 is pivotally connected with one of the first board 41 so that the second board 42 can be pivoted to the first board 41.
  • FIG. 9 shows the bottom board 26 pivotally connected with the rear bottom rail 22. The bottom board 26 is pivoted to the rear board 25.
  • FIG. 10 shows the panels 28 of each of the foldable boards 27 pivotally connected with each other. The panels 28 can be pivoted to each other, i.e., the foldable boards can be folded.
  • FIG. 11 shows the collapsible closet 20 collapsed.
  • The present invention has been described through detailed illustration of the preferred embodiment. Those skilled in the art can derive variation from the preferred embodiment without departing from the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the preferred embodiment shall not limit the scope of the present invention defined in the claims.

Claims (23)

1. A collapsible culinary table comprising a collapsible closet, a foldable table detachably installed on the collapsible closet and at least one bracket detachably installed on the collapsible closet for keeping the foldable table in an extended position.
2. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 1 wherein the collapsible closet comprises at least three posts formed thereon.
3. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 2 comprising at least one castor attached to one of the posts.
4. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 2 wherein the posts comprises a front post and two rear posts.
5. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 4 wherein the collapsible closet comprises two foldable boards each provided between one of the rear posts and the front post.
6. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 2 wherein the posts comprises two front posts and a rear post.
7. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 6 wherein the collapsible closet comprises two foldable boards each provided between one of the front posts and the rear post.
8. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 2 wherein the posts comprises two front posts and two rear posts.
9. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 8 wherein the collapsible closet comprises two foldable boards each provided between one of the front posts and one of the rear posts.
10. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 9 wherein each of the foldable boards is pivotally connected with one of the front posts.
11. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 9 wherein each of the foldable boards is pivotally connected with one of the rear posts.
12. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 9 wherein each of the foldable boards comprises two panels pivotally connected with each other.
13. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 8 wherein the collapsible closet comprises a rear board provided between the rear posts.
14. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 13 wherein the collapsible closet comprises a bottom board pivotally connected with the rear board.
15. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 14 wherein the collapsible closet comprises a bottom rail provided between the front posts for supporting the bottom board.
16. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 8 wherein the collapsible closet comprises a bottom rail provided between the rear posts.
17. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 16 wherein the collapsible closet comprises a bottom board pivotally connected with the bottom rail.
18. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 1 wherein the foldable table comprises a central board and at least one lateral board that is pivotally connected with the central board and can be supported by means of the bracket.
19. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 18 wherein the bracket comprises a first board for removable attachment to the collapsible closet and a second board connected with the first board for supporting the lateral board.
20. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 19 wherein the second board of the bracket comprises a ridge formed thereon, wherein the lateral board of the foldable table comprises a socket for receiving the ridge.
21. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 19 comprising at least one bolt, wherein the first board of the bracket defines at least one aperture for receiving the bolt.
22. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 1 comprising at least one bolt for attaching the bracket to the collapsible closet.
23. The collapsible culinary table according to claim 21 comprising at least one butterfly nut for engagement with the bolt.
