Abstract

The present invention relates to a kind of improved shoes. One of its technical designs is to stitch an inner sole, which may be soft, onto the front sole portion of the inner layer of the instep. The midsole between the inner sole and outsole may be at the back sole portion or divided into front sole sections and rear sole section or shaped as a whole sole. The shoe body composed with the instep, inner sole and midsole glued together is glued on the outsole. Another technical design is to stitch an inner sole, which may be soft, to inner layer of the instep. The midsole between the inner sole and outsole may be divided into front sole portion and rear sole portion or only at the rear sole portion or shaped as a whole sole. The shoe body composed with the instep, inner sole and midsole glued together is glued onto the outsole. Shoes of these technical designs not only ensure strength of shoes, but also increase softness of shoes while they are of low cost and easy manufacture.

Description

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED PATENT APPLICATION
  • This patent application claims the priority benefit of the Chinese patent application No. 200620058239.5, filed on Apr. 26, 2006.
  • FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention relates to a kind of shoes, particularly, a kind of improved shoes with high strength and good softness.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Typical structure of conventional shoes contains an instep that is provided with a bottom opening for direct stitching onto outsole, and is without midsole stitched onto instep. This type of shoes is easy to make, but because of lack of midsole, it has not sufficient strength, so easy to be distorted. To overcome this shortcoming, another type of shoes appears in market. A midsole is added between outsole and instep. The midsole is stitched onto the instep and glued onto the outsole, and then it becomes a whole body together with the instep and outsole. Consequently, a tension will be happened if the shoe is bended, the whole sole becomes very hard and uncomfortable for wearing. Therefore, provision of a type of shoes with both strength and comfort is a problem that industry of shoe making should solve.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The technical problem this invention is going to solve is to provide a kind of improved shoes with both high strength as well as good softness of sole.
  • To solve aforesaid problem, one of technical design for the present invention is that a kind of improved shoes comprises an instep, a midsole and an outsole, wherein the instep is of structure of an inner and an outer layers with opening, and provided with a fore liner in the toe cap portion of the instep and a rear liner at the heel portion of instep respectively for avoiding distortion of shoe body, a inner sole, which may be soft, is attached onto the front sole portion of the inner layer of the instep, the rear sole portion of the instep is of opening, the midsole is attached onto the rear sole portion of the outer layer of the instep. These parts mentioned above form shoes body, which is attached onto the outsole.
  • Aforesaid midsole may also be divided into two sections, i.e. a front and a rear sole sections of the midsole, which are attached onto the instep respectively; the midsole also may be shaped as a whole sole, which is attached onto the instep in the same way as above mentioned.
  • Another technical design of the present invention is that a kind of improved shoes comprises a inner sole, which may be soft, shaped as the whole sole is attached onto the inner layer of the instep, a midsole is between the soft inner sole and an outer sole, the midsole is divided into a front and a rear sole sections, and these two sections are glued with the instep respectively. These parts mentioned above form shoes body, which is glued onto outsole.
  • Aforesaid midsole may also be a rear sole portion only, and attached onto the instep; the midsole also may be shaped as a whole sole, and is attached onto the instep in the same way as above mentioned.
  • With this structure, softness at front sole portion is increased significantly while the midsole ensures adequate strength for the shoe body. In addition, it is of simple structure, low cost and easy to produce.
