Abstract

A firework launching-stand includes a mainframe comprised of a bottom for the stand to be put on the surface of an object, and a flaring surface extending from the bottom for multiple firework tubes to be secured and rest thereon so that when all the firework tubes are launched into the skies at a certain inclination, they show off different patterns of flame.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • (a) Field of the Invention
  • The present invention is related to a launching stand, and more particularly, to a stand that is capable of securing and launching multiple firework tubes each filled with gunpowder into the skies to deliver various types of presentation.
  • (b) Description of the Prior Art
  • The construction of the prior art of firework launching stand is essentially comprised of launching tube, base, and detonator as taught in Utility Patents Nos. 347,074, Firework Launching Tube Seal Layer Assembly; 419,056, Firework Holder; and 496,515, Improved Construction of Firework Launching Stand as published in Taiwan.
  • Referring to FIG. 1 of the accompanying drawings for a perspective view of a firework launching-stand of the prior art, the stand includes multiple firework tubes 12 arranged at a right angle from a base 11, any abutted pair of firework tubes are connected by the side to their lower parts with a detonator 13 and each detonator connects all firework tubes 12 to make all firework tubes 12 and the detonators 13 to before an integral part with the base 11 before all the detonators 13 jointly extend out of the base 11 to become a fuse 14 to ignite all the firework tubes 12. Accordingly, when the fuse 14 is ignited, all firework tubes 12 each containing fire powder and powder for special effects are launched into the skies one by one to explode into a pre-designed pattern of flame 15. However, each firework tube 12 is launched in a route straight up into the skies to show its flame 15 without covering an area of flames 15 in radius high up in the skies. That is it presents the flame effects of each individual firework tube 12 to fail presenting a much more elegant and sparkling pattern.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a stand to secure and launch multiple firework tubes for them to show off much more spectacular patterns of flame.
  • To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes a mainframe stand comprised of a bottom for the stand to be placed on an object, and a flaring surface extending from the bottom for multiple firework tubes to be secured to and rest thereon so that when all firework tubes are launched into the skies at a certain inclination, their flames represents different performances of patterns. An included angle other than a perpendicular angle is defined by the flaring surface and the bottom
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a firework launching-stand of the prior art.
  • FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a first preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIGS. 3(A) and 3(B) are schematic views showing construction of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a second preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a third preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing a pattern of flames of the firework launched by the present invention.
  • FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 9 is a schematic view showing another pattern of flames of the firework launched by the present invention.
  • FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a sixth preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 11 is a schematic view showing another pattern yet of flames of the firework launched by the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3(A), a preferred embodiment of the present invention of a firework launching-stand 2 includes a mainframe 21 comprised of a bottom 22 to place the stand on an object and a flaring surface 23 upwardly extending from the bottom 22 for multiple firework tubes 3 to be secured and rest upon thereon; and an included angle other than a perpendicular angle is defined by the flaring surface 23 and the bottom. The mainframe 21 indicates a tubular shape having its top 24 and bottom 22 respectively formed with a first opening 241 and a second opening 221 with the first opening 241 made in a diameter greater than that of the second opening 221. Both of the first and the second openings 241, 221 may be made in a circular form, a polygonal form as illustrated in FIG. 4, or in an oval form, or any enclosed form comprised of different curves. The bottom of each firework tube 3 may be made flushed with the bottom of the mainframe 21 as that illustrated in FIG. 3(A), or made at a certain angle to the bottom of the mainframe 2 as illustrated in FIG. 3(B).
  • Each firework tube 3 may be fixed to the inner side or the outer side of the mainframe 21. Multiple firework tubes 3 are fixed to both inner and outer sides of the mainframe 21 as illustrated in FIG. 2, or only on the outer side of the mainframe 21 as illustrated in FIG. 5 in a single layer or in multiple layers as illustrated in FIG. 6. Each firework tube 3 may be provided in a direction longitudinally extending from the flaring surface 23 and is connected to another firework tube 3 with a detonator 25. Each firework tube 3 is attached with a detonator 25 and all detonators 25 are pooled to connect all firework tubes 2 in an integral part. A packaging material 26 wraps up the outer side of each firework tube 21 and the pooled detonators 25 extend through the packaging material 26 to become a fuse 27 as illustrated in FIG. 6.
  • Once the fuse 27 is ignited, all firework tubes 21 are fired one after another in sequence into the skies. Fire powder and powder of special effects contained in each firework tube 21 explode and their flames show off a greater coverage of firework effects as illustrated in FIG. 7.
  • Furthermore, different patterns of flame performance may be present by changing the diameters of both openings. As illustrated in FIG. 8 the first opening 241 is made in a diameter smaller than that of the second opening 221 to achieve the pattern of flame in the skies as illustrated in FIG. 9 when all firework tubes 21 are launched into the skies. Alternatively, by adjusting the arrangement of the firework tubes will achieve the different interest of the flame performance in the skies. As illustrated in FIG. 10, a proper angle is defined between those firework tubes 21 and the longitudinally extended direction of the flaring surface 23 to display the gyrations of flame performance as illustrated in FIG. 11.
  • The prevent invention provides an improved structure of a stand to launch firework, and the application for a utility patent is duly filed accordingly. However, it is to be noted that the preferred embodiments disclosed in the specification and the accompanying drawings are not limiting the present invention; and that any construction, installation, or characteristics that is same or similar to that of the present invention should fall within the scope of the purposes and claims of the present invention.
