Abstract

An improved balloon structure comprises: a balloon having a nozzle; and a light-emitting device fixed on a wire, wherein the wire is coupled with the balloon such that the light-emitting device is capable of generating lighting from the inside or outside of the balloon.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to an improved balloon structure, and more particularly to a balloon structure that generates lighting by coupling a balloon with a wire having a light-emitting device disposed thereon.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The balloon is lighter than air and can float quite high in the sky. As a result, a lot of balloons are generally released to liven up the atmosphere of pageant. In addition, patterns may be formed on the outside of the balloon, and the balloon is coupled with a wire or a rod for being held by hand before floating to a constant height. Recently, the balloon is usually coupled to a firm-shaped object to form a decorative object having balloons arranged thereon, wherein this decorative object is generally applied to the location such as a wedding or a garden party for increasing atmosphere. The above-mentioned balloon structure is capable of livening up the atmosphere in the daytime or at the location with sufficient illumination, but it is useless during nighttime. As a result, the conventional balloon structure must be improved to enable it to create lifelikeness and interest during nighttime or at the location that lacks sufficient illumination or to provide different effects in the daytime.
  • Whereas the foregoing description, the present inventor makes diligent studies in providing the consumers with a brand-new improved balloon structure.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • It is a main object of the present invention to provide an improved balloon structure that generates lighting by coupling a balloon with a wire having a light-emitting device disposed thereon for being usable during nighttime or at the location that lacks sufficient illumination.
  • It is another object of the present invention to provide an improved balloon structure, wherein a plurality of light-emitting devices having respective receivers are arranged on a wire of a balloon such that the balloon structure can generate constant lighting or twinkling lighting by operating a remote control.
  • It is a further object of the present invention to provide an improved balloon structure, wherein a plurality of light-emitting devices, which are connected to a conducting wire, are arranged on a wire of a balloon and a controller is disposed on the rear end of the conducting wire so as to enable the balloon structure to generate constant lighting or twinkling lighting by operating the controller.
  • In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects, an improved balloon structure comprises: a balloon having a nozzle; and a light-emitting device fixed on a wire, wherein the wire is coupled with the balloon such that the light-emitting device is capable of generating lighting from the inside or outside of the balloon.

  • FIG. 1 is a balloon structure in accordance with a first preferred embodiment of the present invention.

  • FIG. 4 is a balloon structure in accordance with a fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is a balloon structure in accordance with a fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • The above-mentioned features and advantages of the present invention will be better understood by reference to the following descriptions of embodiments taken in conjunction with the drawings.
  • Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4 or FIG. 5, the present invention relates to an improved balloon structure, which comprises a balloon 10 and at least one light-emitting device 20.
  • The first balloon 10 has a nozzle 11 for air inflation.
  • The light-emitting device 20 is composed of a LED, a battery and a receiver (not shown) disposed on a circuit board, wherein the receiver is capable of receiving a signal from a remote control to enable the light-emitting device 20 to generate constant lighting, twinkling lighting or color changing lighting according to the requirements of users.
  • The light-emitting device 20 is coupled with a wire 30 by the following five methods. In the first method, a single light-emitting device 20 is adhered to the wire 30. In the second method, a single light-emitting device 20 is adhered to the end of the wire 30. In the third method, several light-emitting devices 20 are adhered to the wire 30 in a straight line. In the fourth method, several honeycomb-arranged light-emitting devices 20 are adhered to the wire 30. In the fifth method, the light-emitting device 20 is adhered to two wires 30 simultaneously. Besides, the light-emitting device 20 that adheres to the wire 30 is further connected to a conducting wire, and a controller (not shown) is disposed on the rear end of the conducting wire to wiredly enable the light-emitting device 20 to generate constant lighting or twinkling lighting.
  • In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, the wire 30 can be coupled with the balloon 10 by two kinds of assembling processes. In the first assembling process, if the light-emitting device 20 located on the wire 30 is connected to the conducting wire, the wire 30 is positioned on the inside of the deflated balloon 10, whereby one end of the wire 30 is adhered to the inside of the balloon 10 and the other end of the wire 30 is located at the nozzle 11 or at any location inside the balloon 10. After the gas inflation is completed, the nozzle 11 is sealed such that the light-emitting device 20 is located inside the balloon 10 and that the conducting wire together with the controller that connects to the rear end of the conducting wire are both located on the outside of the balloon 10, whereby the first balloon structure is completed. After completion of the first assembling process, several reflection sheets 50 are optionally adhered to the top surface of the balloon 10 and a ribbon 40 is tied to the nozzle 11 of the balloon 10. In addition, the nozzle 11 has two passageways to allow the passing of the gas and the conducting wires.
  • In the second assembling process, if the receiver is located on the light-emitting device 20 that locates on the wire 30, the wire 30 is positioned on the inside of the deflated balloon 10, whereby two ends of the wire 30 are both adhered to the inside of the balloon 10. For the same reason, if two wires 30 are utilized, the respective ends of the wires 30 can be directly adhered to the deflated balloon 10 for providing more secure connection between the balloon 10 and the wires 30. For the same reason, if the single light-emitting device 20 is adhered to one end of the wire 30, the other end of the wire 30 can be adhered to the inner top surface of the balloon 10. After the gas inflation is completed, the nozzle 11 of the balloon 10 is sealed such that the light-emitting device 20 that locates on the wire 30 is located inside the balloon, whereby the second balloon structure is completed. After completion of the second assembling process, several reflection sheets 50 are optionally adhered to the top surface of the balloon 10 and a ribbon 40 is tied to nozzle 11 of the balloon 10.
  • When in use, the single light-emitting diode 20 or the straight-aligned or honeycomb-arranged light-emitting diodes 20 of the first balloon structure of the present invention can generate lighting in a constant or twinkling mode by operating the controller. Besides, the ribbon 40 and the reflection sheets 50 that dispose on the balloon 10 can reflect the light emitted from the light-emitting diode 20 to generate different decoration effect. As a result, the balloon 10 is able to create lifelikeness and interest during nighttime or at the location that lacks sufficient illumination.
  • When in use, the single light-emitting diode 20 or the straight-aligned or honeycomb-arranged light-emitting diodes 20 of the second balloon structure of the present invention can generate constant lighting or twinkling lighting by operating the remote control. Besides, the ribbon 40 and the reflection sheets 50 that dispose on the balloon 10 can reflect the light emitted from the light-emitting diode 20 to generate different decoration effect. As a result, the balloon 10 is able to create lifelikeness and interest during nighttime or at the location that lacks sufficient illumination.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 through FIG. 5, the light-emitting device 20 and the wire 30 of the present invention are disposed in the balloon 10. However, when in use, the wire 30 including the light-emitting device 20 fixed thereon may be alternatively disposed on the outside of the balloon 10. The remaining components, which are identical to the forgoing description, are omitted herein. Therefore, the light-emitting device 20 that locates on the outer surface of the balloon 10 is capable of generating lighting. As a result, the balloon 10 is applicable during both daytime and nighttime and at the location that lacks sufficient illumination. In addition, the balloon 10 can further generate lighting in a constant, twinkling or color-changing mode by operating the remote control or the controller.
  • In accordance with the foregoing description, it is apparent that the present invention provides the advantages as follows:
  • 1. In the balloon structure of the present invention, the wire is fixed on the inside of the balloon such that the light-emitting device that disposes on the wire is capable of generating lighting from the inside of the balloon, thereby enabling the balloon to be further applicable during both daytime and nighttime and at the location that lacks sufficient illumination.
  • 2. In the balloon structure of the present invention, the light-emitting device that locates inside the balloon is provided with the receiver/the remoter control or the conducting wire/the controller such that the balloon can further generate constant lighting, twinkling lighting or color changing lighting by operating the remote control or the controller.
  • In summary, the present invention indeed achieves the expected objects by providing a multivariate balloon structure. Accordingly, the present invention meets the requirement for patentability and is therefore submitted for a patent.
  • While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiment of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments, which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A balloon structure comprising:
a balloon having a nozzle; and
a light-emitting device fixed on a wire, wherein said wire is coupled with said balloon such that said light-emitting device is capable of generating lighting from the inside or outside of said balloon.
2. The balloon structure of claim 1, wherein said wire is located on the inside of said balloon and said light-emitting device that fixes on said wire is coupled with another wire for being positioned securely.
3. The balloon structure of claim 1, wherein said wire is located on the inside of said balloon and coupled with said nozzle and said light-emitting device is fixed on said wire.
4. The balloon structure of claim 1, wherein said wire is located on the inside of said balloon and said light-emitting device is arranged in a straight line.
5. The balloon structure of claim 1, wherein said wire is located on the inside of said balloon and said light-emitting device is arranged in a honeycomb shape.
6. The balloon structure of claim 1, wherein said light-emitting device is coupled with one end of said wire and the other end of said wire is coupled with an inner top surface of said balloon.
7. The balloon structure of claim 1, wherein said wire is located on the outside of said balloon and said light-emitting device that fixes on said wire is capable of generating lighting from the outside of said balloon.
8. The balloon structure of claim 7, wherein said light-emitting device has a circuit having a LED, a battery and a receiver located thereon.
9. The balloon structure of claim 7, wherein said light-emitting device is connected to a conducting wire and a controller is connected to the rear end of said conducting wire for enabling said light-emitting device to generate lighting.
10. The balloon structure of claim 9, wherein said nozzle has two passageways to allow the passing of a gas and said conducting wire.
