Abstract

An interactive toy control system is used to control an interactive toy driven by a motor module. The interactive toy control system includes a microprocessor unit, a first memory unit, a controlling module, a driving module, an acoustic processor unit and a second memory unit. The first memory unit is used to store movement information, the controlling module reads the movement information through the microprocessor unit and makes the driving module drive the motor module according to the movement information, so the interactive toy moves. The second memory unit is used to store acoustic information, the acoustic processor unit receives the signal from the microprocessor unit and translates the acoustic information into voice through a voicing apparatus. Through the co-operation of the microprocessor unit, the controlling module and the acoustic processor unit, the interactive toy can make voice and movement.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • This present invention relates to an interactive toy control system, and more specifically to an interactive toy control system having a sound function and a movement function to make the interactive toy voice and move synchronously.
  • 2. The Related Art
  • Conventionally, a doll has an animal or a human shape to attract the attention of a human being. An interesting doll can make voice, for example, when an arm of a human-like doll is pressed, it will make voice or music matching the human-like doll, when a body or a head of an animal-like doll is stricken, it will make voice or music matching the animal-like doll. Although the toy like that has sounding function, the sounds emitted have mostly recorded in advance and are unable to be revised or became. So, after using some times, the user will boring to this toy, this toy loses its amusement value finally.
  • Another kind of interactive toy usually has lovely animal or personage modeling, and its hand, head and foot have movement apparatus. Through its movement apparatus, person can move hand, head and foot position of the toy. However, the movements of the toys have already been established and finished in advance, and cannot be became or revised. So, when this toy is used some times, the user will feel boring to this toy, this toy loses its amusement value finally.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The main purpose of this invention is to offering a interactive toy control system, used to control an interactive toy. The interactive toy includes a head, a body, hands, a base and feet, and the invention has motor modules located in corresponding parts of the toy, a movement detective apparatus detecting the movement of the motor module, and a voicing apparatus. The interactive toy control system includes a microprocessor unit, a first memory unit, a controlling module, a driving module, an acoustic processing unit and a second memory unit.
  • The first memory unit connects the microprocessor unit and stores various kinds of movement information. The controlling module connects the microprocessor unit, the movement detective apparatus and the driving module. The controlling module can receive the signal from the movement detective apparatus and read the movement information from the first memory unit through the microprocessor unit to drive the motor modules.
  • The acoustic processing unit connects the microprocessor unit, the second memory unit and the voicing apparatus. The second memory unit is used to store all kinds of the acoustic signal. The microprocessor unit delivers a signal to the acoustic processing unit, then the acoustic processing unit reads the acoustic signal stored in the second memory unit, and translates the acoustic signal into voice output by a voicing apparatus.
  • The interactive toy control system makes the interactive toy move and voice through the microprocessor unit, the controlling module, the driving module, and the acoustic processing unit.
  • Another purpose of this invention is to provide an interactive toy control system further includes a USB module. The USB module is used for connecting the interactive toy control system with an outer electric device. Therefore, the interactive toy control system connects the outer electronic device through the USB module to renew the movement information and the acoustic information stored in the first memory unit and the second memory unit respectively.
  • A third purpose of the invention is to provide an interactive toy control system further including a first sensor module connected to the microprocessor unit. The first sensor module has a sensor unit to detect the outside information. Therefore the interactive toy control system can drive the motor module to move and the acoustic device to voice according to the outside information detected by the sensor unit.
  • A fourth purpose of this invention offers an interactive toy control system, further includes an acoustic reception device and a second sensor module, the microprocessor unit connects the second sensor module, the second sensor module connects the acoustic reception device. The acoustic reception device is used to receive the outer voice. While the outer voice changes, the acoustic reception device produces a signal, then the signal is delivered into the second sensor module. By this, the interactive toy control system controls the controlling module and the acoustic controlling unit to dispose the movement information and the acoustic information according to the change of the outer voice detected by the acoustic reception device.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • First referring to FIG. 1, a first embodiment of an interactive toy control system 1 according to the invention is shown. The interactive toy control system 1 is used to control an interactive toy 9 to produce a movement and a voice matching the movement synchronously. In the present invention, the interactive toy 9 has a head 90, a body 91, hands 92, a base 93, feet 94, a motor module 95, a movement detective apparatus 96 and a voicing apparatus 97.
  • The motor module 95 is composed of a motor and gears, the motor module 95 is arranged in every part of the interactive toy 9. The movement detective apparatus 96 can detect the rotation of the motor module 95. The voicing apparatus 97 is arranged in the motor module 95. Therefore the interactive toy control system 1 can control the motor module 95 and the voicing apparatus 97 of the interactive toy 9, then the interactive toy 9 can make voice, and the parts of the interactive toy 9 can achieve various movements matching the voice.
  • FIG. 2 shows a circuit block diagram of the first embodiment of the interactive toy control system 1. The interactive toy control system 1 includes a microprocessor unit 10, a first memory unit 11, a controlling module 12, a driving module 13, an acoustic processor unit 14 and a second memory unit 15.
  • The microprocessor unit 10 is used to receive and process signal from other units and modules, then deliver the processing result into other units and modules. The microprocessor unit 10 connects the first memory unit 11 and the controlling module 12. The controlling module 12 connects the driving module 13 and the movement detective apparatus 96. The driving module 13 connects the motor module 95 of the interactive toy 9.
  • Please refer to FIG. 2, the first memory unit 11 is used for storing various movement information 110. The microprocessor unit 10 reads the movement information 110 from the first memory unit 11 and then delivers the movement information 110 into the controlling module 12. The controlling module 12 controls the driving module 13 according to the movement information 110, then the driving module 13 drives the motor module 95 to make the interactive toy 9 move.
  • Referring to FIG. 3, in this invention, the movement information 110 includes a serial number 1100, a rotating direction 1101 and a rotating angle 1102. The serial number 1100 denotes the motor module 95 in every part of the interactive toy 9. The rotating direction 1101 denotes the rotating direction of the motor module 95. The rotating angle 1102 denotes the rotating angle of the motor module 95.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 4 is a flow diagram showing the movement of the motor module 95 of the interactive toy control system 1. In this invention, the movement of the motor module 95 includes the following steps: first, the controlling module 12 receives the movement information 110, then analyzes the serial number 1100, the rotating direction 1101 and the rotating angle 1102 of the movement information 110; secondly, the controlling module 12 makes the driving module 13 drive the motor modules 95 of the interactive toy 9 according to the movement information 110 to make the interactive toy 9 move; thirdly, the movement detective apparatus 96 detects the rotation angle of the motor module 95 and makes a signal, then delivers the signal into the controlling module 12; fourthly, the controlling module 12 compares the signal from the movement detective apparatus 96 with the rotating angle 1102 of the movement information 110, and then decides whether the rotating angle of the motor module 95 is greater than or equal to the rotating angle 1102, if the rotating angle of the motor module 95 is not smaller than the rotating angle 1102,the second step is executed, if the rotating angle of the motor module 95 is smaller than the rotating angle 1102, the later fifth step is executed; and fifthly, the controlling module 12 makes the driving module 13 stop to drive the motor module 95.
  • In this embodiment of the invention, the movement detective apparatus 96 is a changeable resistance, the movement detective apparatus 96 can drive the motor module 95 by a belt pulley, or the movement detective apparatus 96 can drive the motor module 95 through a gear.
  • Referring back to FIG. 2, the acoustic processor unit 14 connects the microprocessor unit 10, the second memory unit 15, and the voicing apparatus 97. The second memory unit 15 is used to store various acoustic information. The microprocessor unit 10 delivers a signal into the acoustic processor unit 14, the acoustic processor unit 14 receives the signal and then reads the corresponding acoustic information from the second memory unit 15 according to the signal, and translates the acoustic information into a voice for outputting by the voice apparatus 97. Therefore the interactive toy 9 can make various voice.
  • The microprocessor unit 10 can store a serial instructions, the instruction accords to the movement information and the voice information. When the microprocessor unit 10 executes the instruction, the controlling module 12 and the acoustic processor unit 14 process the movement information and the voice information respectively to make the driving module 13 drive the corresponding motor module 95 and the voicing apparatus 97, therefore a corresponding voice is made by the voicing apparatus 97.
  • FIG. 5 shows a circuit block diagram of a second embodiment of the interactive toy control system 1. In this embodiment, the interactive toy control system 1 further comprises a USB module 16 connected to the microprocessor unit 10. The microprocessor unit 10 connects the second memory unit 15. The USB module 16 as a medium connects the microprocessor unit 10 with an outer electric device 2 for renewing the information stored in the first memory unit 11 and the second memory unit 15.
  • In this embodiment, the renewed movement information 110 and the renewed acoustic information can be stored beforehand in the outer electric device 2. The outer electric device 2 connects the microprocessor unit 10 of the interactive toy control system 1 by the USB module 16. The renewed movement information 110 and the renewed acoustic information are delivered into the microprocessor unit 10 through the USB module 16, after that the microprocessor unit 10 stores the renewed movement information 110 and the renewed acoustic information into the first memory module 11 and the second memory module 15 respectively.
  • FIG. 6 is a circuit block diagram of a third embodiment of the interactive toy control system 1. The interactive toy control system 1 further comprises a first sensor module 17 connected to the microprocessor unit 10. The first sensor module 17 has one or more sensor units 170. In this embodiment, the sensor unit 170 of the first sensor module 17 is a touching type sensor.
  • Referring to FIG. 7, in this embodiment, the sensor unit 170 can be arranged in the head 90 and the body 91 of the interactive toy 9. The sensor unit 170 can sense that if an outer object is nearing or contacting the sensor unit 170, after that the sensor unit 170 delivers a signal into the microprocessor unit 10 according to the detective result, the microprocessor unit 10 delivers a controlling instruction according to the signal to make the driving module 13 drive the corresponding motor module 95 and the voicing apparatus 97, therefore a corresponding voice is made by the voicing apparatus 97.
  • Please referring to FIG. 8, FIG. 8 is a circuit block diagram of a fourth embodiment of the interactive toy control system 1. The interactive toy control system 1 further comprises a second sensor module 18 connected to the microprocessor unit 10, and the second sensor module 18 connects an acoustic reception device 19. The acoustic reception device 19 is used to detect the change of the outer voice. The acoustic reception device 19 products a signal according to the change of the outer voice, and delivers the signal into the second sensor module 18. The second sensor module 18 receiving the signal delivers a directive signal into the microprocessor unit 10, after that the microprocessor unit 10 delivers a controlling instruction according to the directive signal to make the driving module 13 drive the motor module 95 and the voicing apparatus 97, therefore a corresponding voice is made by the voicing apparatus 97.
  • Referring to FIG. 9, in this embodiment, the acoustic reception devices 19 are arranged in the head 90 and the body 91 of the interactive toy 9, every two acoustic reception devices 19 are separated from each other. Through the acoustic reception devices 19, the interactive toy control system 1 can detect the position of the voice source.
  • Just as above description, the interactive toy control system 1 drives the motor module 95 and the voicing apparatus 97 by the microprocessor unit 10, the controlling module 12 and the acoustic processor unit 14 to make the interactive toy 9 produce corresponding movement and voice. The interactive toy control system 1 connects the outer electric device by a USB module for renewing the movement information 110 stored in the first memory unit 11 and the voice information stored in the second memory unit 15. Furthermore, the interactive toy control system 1 makes the interactive toy 9 detect that if an outer object is near or touches the interactive toy 9 through the first sensor module 17 located in the interactive toy 9. Moreover, the interactive toy control system 1 makes the interactive toy 9 achieve the location function by the second sensor module 18 located in the interactive toy 9, therefore, the interactive toy 9 can make movement or voice according to the change of the voice source.
  • Four embodiments of the present invention have been discussed in detail. However, those embodiments are merely some specific examples for clarifying the technical contents of the present invention, and the present invention is not to be construed in a restricted sense as limited to those specific examples. Thus, the spirit and scope of the present invention are limited only by the appended claims.

Claims (15)

1. An interactive toy control system, used to control an interactive toy having a movement detective apparatus detecting motor modules in corresponding parts of the interactive toy, and a voicing apparatus, the interactive toy control system comprising:
a microprocessor unit;
a first memory unit connected to the microprocessor unit, the first memory unit being used to store movement information;
a controlling module connected to the microprocessor unit and the first memory unit, the controlling module being used to receive a signal from the movement detective apparatus, and reading the movement information stored in the first memory unit through the microprocessor unit;
a driving apparatus connected to the controlling module and the motor module, the controlling module controlling the driving module according to the received movement information and signal to make the driving module drive the motor module;
an acoustic processor unit connected to the microprocessor unit and the voicing apparatus; and
a second memory unit connected to the acoustic processor unit, the second memory unit used to store voice information, the microprocessor unit delivering a signal into the acoustic processor unit, the acoustic processor unit reading the corresponding voice information stored in the second memory unit according to the signal from the microprocessor unit, then translating the voice information into voice by the voicing apparatus and outputting the voice.

The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 1, wherein the movement information includes a serial number, a rotating direction and a rotating angle, the serial number denotes the motor module, the rotating direction denotes the rotating direction of the motor module, the rotating angle denotes the rotating angle of the motor module.
3. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 2, wherein the interactive toy includes a head, a body, hands, a base and feet, the motor module is composed of a motor an gears and arranged in all parts of the interactive toy.
4. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 3, wherein the movement detective apparatus is a changeable resistance.
5. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 4, wherein the movement detective apparatus connects the motor module by a belt pulley.
6. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 4, wherein the movement detective apparatus connects the motor module by a gear arranged between the movement detective apparatus and the motor module.
7. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 1, further comprising controlling instructions, the controlling instruction according to the movement information and the acoustic information, the controlling instruction being operated in the microprocessor unit, the movement information being operated in the controlling module, the acoustic information being operated in the acoustic processor unit.
8. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 7, wherein the controlling instruction is stored in the microprocessor unit.
9. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a USB module connected to the microprocessor, the USB module connecting the microprocessor unit with an outer electric device to deliver information.
10. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a first sensor module connected to the microprocessor, the first sensor module having one or more sensor units to detect the state of the outside space.
11. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 10, wherein the sensor unit senses the distance between an outer object and the sensor unit.
12. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 10, wherein the sensor unit senses if an outer object touches the sensor unit.
13. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 10, wherein the sensor unit senses an outer object, the sensor unit delivers a signal into the microprocessor unit, makes the controlling module process the movement information and the acoustic processor unit process the voice information.
14. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a second sensor module connected to the microprocessor unit and an acoustic reception device connected to the second sensor module, the acoustic reception device being used to detect the change of outer voice, the acoustic reception device producing a signal according to the change of the outer voice, and delivering the signal into the second sensor module, the second sensor module delivering a directive signal into the microprocessor unit, and making the controlling module process the movement information and the acoustic processor unit process the voice information.
15. The interactive toy control system as set forth in claim 14, wherein the acoustic reception devices are arranged in the different parts of the interactive toy, and every two acoustic reception devices are separated from each other.
