Abstract

Two control-levers of toilet water flush system provides two control-levers to control the amount of flush water. User presses downward one control-lever to flush small amount of water enough to flush liquid human waste and then releases it to shut off water. User presses downward another control-lever to flush a large amount of water to flush solid human waste. One person urinates a couple of time a day and only defecate once a day. If we use only small amount of water to flush urine then we can save a large amount of water to relieve the shortage of water supply in big cities in the United States.

Description

    THE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Regular toilet water flush system has only one control-lever. Therefore it uses the same amount of water to flush liquid human waste (urine) and solid human waste (feces). It wastes a large amount of water to flush urine. A person urinates several times a day and only defecates once a day. The present invented two control-levers of toilet water flush system provides one control-lever to flush small amount of water for urine and another control-lever to flush a larger amount of water for feces. Therefore the present invented two control-levers of toilet water flush system can save a large amount of water to relieve the shortage of water supply in big cities in the United States.
  • THE BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invented two control-levers of toilet water flush system provides a simple device to replace the existent single control lever of toilet water flush system. One can simply remove the old existing single control-lever of toilet water flush system and installs the present invented two control-levers of toilet water flush system to save a large amount of water to relieve the shortage of water in big cities in the United States. The cost to install the present invented two control-levers of toilet water flush system can be recovered in one month.

  • THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring now in detail to the drawings numeral 10 of FIG. 1 is two control-levers of toilet water flush system. Numeral 11 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 is pivot block unit. Numeral 12 of FIGS. 2 and 3 is the back view of pivot block unit 11. Pivot block unit 11 consists of a small square block 13 in front and a large square block 14 at the back. Pivot block unit 11 has one upper inner canal 15 at right upper quarter and one lower outer canal 16 at left lower quarter as illustrated in FIG. 3. Numeral 17 of FIG. 5 is toilet water tank. Numeral 18 of FIG. 7 is a square hole at the left upper corner of toilet water tank 17. Small square block 13 of FIG. 3 of pivot block unit 11 is installed snugly inside the square hole 18 from its back. The diameter of large square block 14 is larger than that of square hole 18. Numeral 19 of FIGS. 2 and 3 is right upper knot at the right upper corner of the back 12 of pivot block unit 11. Numeral 20 of FIGS. 2 and 3 is left upper knot. Numeral 21 of FIGS. 2 and 3 is lower knot at the left lower part of back 12 of pivot block unit 11. Numeral 22 of FIG. 4 is upper lever unit. Numeral 23 of FIG. 4 is upper lever-Pivot of upper lever unit 22. Upper lever-pivot 23 is installed inside upper inner canal 15 of pivot block unit 11. Numeral 24 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 is upper lever-handle of upper lever-unit 22. Upper lever pivot 23 of FIG. 4 has a small square block 25 and a threaded end 26 at its end 27. Numeral 28 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 is upper lever of upper lever-unit 22. Upper lever 28 has a square hole 29 at one end 30 and a small hole 31 at the other end 32. The square hole 29 locates at about half an inch from end 30. Small hole 31 locates near end 32. Numeral 33 of FIGS. 2 and 4 is thumb screw. After threaded end 26 inserts into small square hole 29 of upper lever 28 to fit it in small square block 25 thumb screw 33 screws onto the threaded end 26 to fasten upper lever 28 onto upper lever-pivot 23. The end 30 of upper lever 28 is stopped by upper right knot 19 at the back 12 of pivot block unit 11 to prevent the end 31 of upper lever 28 from dipping too much. Left upper knot 20 at the back 12 of pivot block unit 11 limits the upward movement of upper lever 28 to prevent hole 31 of upper lever 28 from elevating more than 2 inches high. The upper lever 28 is almost parallel to the upper lever-handle 23. Numeral 34 of FIG. 4 is lower lever unit. Numeral 35 of FIG. 4 is lower lever-pivot. Lower lever-pivot 35 is installed inside lower outer canal 16 of FIG. 3. Numeral 36 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 is lower lever-handle. Lower lever-pivot 35 connects with lower lever-handle 36 as one unit. Numeral 37 of FIG. 4 is small square block of lower lever-pivot 35. Numeral 38 of FIG. 4 is a threaded end of lower lever-pivot 34. Numeral 53 of FIGS. 2 and 4 in thumb screw. Numeral 39 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 is lower lever. Numeral 40 of FIG. 4 is a square hole at one end 41 of lower lever 39 and numeral 42 of FIG. 4 is a small hole at the other end 43 of lower lever 39. After threaded end 38 inserts into small square hole 40 to fit it in small square block 37 thumb screw 53 screws onto threaded end 38 to fasten lower lever 39 onto lower lever-pivot 35. Lower lever 39 is stopped by lower knot 21 of FIGS. 2 and 3 to prevent the end 43 of lower lever 39 from dipping too much. Numeral 44 of FIGS. 1 and 2 is regular toilet flapper tank ball. Numeral 45 of FIGS. 2 and 5 is water drainage opening at the bottom of toilet water tank 17. Toilet flapper tank ball 44 can close snugly water drainage opening 45 to shut off water as illustrated in FIG. 1. Numeral 46 of FIGS. 1 and 2 is ring-hook of toilet flapper tank ball 44. Toilet flapper tank ball has one ring-hook at each side. Numeral 47 of FIGS. 1 and 2 is a pole installed in toilet water tank 17. Pole 47 has two built-in hooks 48, one at each side, to hook hook-ring 46 s. The built-in hooks of pole 47 act as the pivots of toilet flapper tank ball 44. Numeral 49 of FIGS. 1 and 2 is upper chain. Numeral 50 of FIGS. 1 and 2 is lower chain. Lower chain 50 hooks a ring 51 at the end 52 of toilet flapper tank ball 44 at one end and small hole 42 of lower lever 39 at the other end. Upper chain 49 hooks small hole 42 of lower lever 39 at one end and small hole 31 of upper lever 28 at the other end. When lower lever-handle 36 is pushed downward completely to elevate the end 52 of toilet flapper tank ball 44 to open completely the water drainage opening 45 the whole tank of water in toilet water tank will drain into toilet to flush solid human waste. The key mechanism of two control-levers of toilet water flush system 10 is to limit the elevation of the end 52 of toilet flapper tank ball 44 to a rang of approximate one half to two inches high enough to drain water into toilet and not high enough to lift toilet flapper tank ball 44 to float in water of toilet water tank 17 to open completely the water drainage opening 45. The lower lever-handle 36 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 is designed to achieve this goal by limiting the downward movement of upper lever handle 24 to allow it to lift the end 52 of toilet flapper tank ball to a rang of one half to two inches to drain water into toilet. The left upper knot 20 of FIGS. 2 and 3 is also carefully designed to achieve this goal by restricting the upward movement of upper lever 28 to lift the end 52 of toilet flapper tank ball 44 to a range of approximate one half to two inches high enough to drain water into toilet. Both the limited downward movement of upper lever-handle 24 by lower lever handle 36 and the restricted upward movement of upper lever 28 by left upper knot 20 enable upper lever 28 to lift the end 51 of toilet flapper tank ball 44 only to a range of approximately one half to two inches high enough to flush small amount of water into toilet for flushing liquid human waste. And when upper lever-handle 24 is released toilet flapper tank ball 44 will sink immediately to close the water drainage opening 45 to shut off water. After upper lever-handle 24 being pushed downward for two to three seconds to drain enough of water into toilet to flush urine user can release upper lever-handle 24 to shut off water. Therefore, a large amount of water will be saved to relieve the shortage of water supply in big cities in the United States.

Claims (8)

1. Two control-levers of toilet water flush system comprising one upper lever unit, one lower lever unit, one pivot block unit, one upper chain, one lower chain, one toilet flapper tank ball and two thumb screws.
2. The said upper lever unit in claim 1 consists of a handle, a pivot and a lever. Wherein the said handle connects to the said pivot to form L-shaped handle. Wherein the said lever has a larger hole at approximate half an inch from one end and a smaller hole near the other end. Wherein the said lever is fastened to the said pivot at the said larger hole of one end by one of the said two thumb screws in claim 1 and is hooked by the said upper chain in claim 1 at other end.
3. The said lower lever unit in claim 1 consists of a handle, a pivot and a lever. Wherein the said handle connects to the said pivot to form L-shaped handle. Wherein the said lever has a larger hole near one end and a smaller hole near the other end. Wherein the said lever is fastened to the said pivot at the said larger hole at one end by one of the said two thumb screws in claim 1 and is hooked by the said upper chain in claim 1 on top and the said lower chain in claim 1 at the bottom. The said L-shaped handle is designed to restrict the said L-shaped handle of the said upper lever unit in claim 2 to elevate the said toilet flapper tank ball to a height of only approximate one half to two inches enough to drain smaller amount of water into toilet to flush urine.
4. The said pivot block unit in claim 1 is a square block that has one upper inner canal and one lower outer canal and consists of one smaller front square pivot block and one larger back pivot block. Wherein the said upper inner canal admits the said pivot of L-shaped handle of upper lever unit in claim 2. Wherein the said lower outer canal admits the said pivot of L-shaped handle of lower lever unit in claim 3. Wherein the said small front square pivot block inserts into a square hole, that is used to install regular toilet lever unit, at the left upper corner of toilet water tank. Wherein the said larger back pivot block has one upper outer knot and one upper inner knot above the level of the said upper inner canal to restrict the range of movement of the said upper lever in claims 1 and 2 and one lower inner knot below the level of the said lower pivot canal to restrict the downward movement of the said lower lever in claims 1 and 3. The location of the said upper inner canal and the said lower outer canal is also designed to let the said handle of L-shaped handle of lower lever unit in claim 3 limit the downward movement of the said handle of L-shaped handle of upper lever unit in claim 2, and to enable upper lever unit to elevate the said toilet flapper ball in claims 1 and 3 only to a range of approximate a half to two inches high enough to drain water into toilet to flush urine.
5. The said upper chain in claims 1 and 2 hooks on the said lever of upper lever unit in claim 1 and 2 and the said lever of lower lever unit in claim 1 and 3.
6. The said lower chain in claims 1 and 3 hooks on the said lever of lower lever unit in claims 1 and 3 at top and the said toilet flapper tank ball in claim 1 at bottom.
7. The toilet flapper tank ball in claim 1 is a regular toilet flapper tank ball that is used to close toilet drainage opening at the bottom to shut off water or to be lifted to open toilet drainage opening to drain water.
8. The said two thumb screws in claim 1 are regular thumb screws that are used to fastened the said lever of upper lever unit in claim 2 to the said L-shaped handle in claim 2 and the said lever of the lever of lower lever unit in claims 3 to the said L-shaped handles in claims 3.
