Abstract

A capsule containing hydro-soluble (4) or infusion products (4′) to obtain hot beverages characterized by the fact that the bottom wall (6) presents holes (7) especially dimensioned to allow the outflow of the process liquid and it is sealed from the outside through a film (F) removable only at the time of usage.

Description

    FIELD OF THE ART
  • The present invention concerns the technological field of the prepackaged capsules with preset doses of substances to obtain hot beverages from hydro-soluble or infusion products.
  • STATE OF THE PRIOR ART
  • Prepackaged capsules with preset doses of different products to obtain hot beverages of different kinds are known.
  • The problem to be solved is that occurring when an hot beverage needs to be removed from a capsule containing in its inside an hydro-soluble product, such as powder milk.
  • The solution proposed by the present invention solves all the problems of the relative technological process and guarantees the absolute hermetic conditions of the sealed packages and the extreme simplicity of practical use, together with the exceptional affordability in the industrial production.
  • DESCRIPTION
  • The invention is now disclosed by the following detailed description with reference to the figures' drawings, attached as an unbinding example.
  • FIG. 1 shows schematically in a diametric section a capsule that can be filled both with hydro-soluble and infusion products. It can be noticed that the bottom wall (6) of capsule (1) presents holes (7) that are especially dimensioned to allow the outflow of the process liquid, even if resulting from hydro-soluble substances and not by infusion substances.
  • FIG. 2 shows schematically a capsule in which the hole (7) that are present in the bottom wall (6) are sealed from the outside by means of an hermetic film (F) that can be removed only at the time of usage.
  • FIG. 3 shows schematically a capsule (1) filled with an hydro-soluble product (4) and sealed on the upper part (5) by an hermetic external film (F′) that can be poked only at the time of its usage.
  • FIG. 4 shows schematically a capsule (1), filled with a hydro-soluble product (4) and sealed on the upper part (5) with an external hermetic film (F″) that can be removed only at the time of its usage.
  • FIG. 5 shows schematically a capsule (1) filled with a hydro-soluble product (4) and packaged by inserting under the upper hermetic film (F″) a paper filter diaphragm (2) that allows a uniform distribution of the process liquid and, after having removed the external hermetic film (F″), it avoids the leaking from the capsule of the packaged product.
  • FIG. 6 shows schematically a capsule (1) filled with infusion product (4′). It can be noticed that on bottom wall (6) is internally applied a paper filter diaphragm (3) that filters the infusion withholding impurities and increases the duration of the infusion process improving the quality of the obtained espresso.
  • In all the figures each single detail is marked as follows:
    • 1 is a capsule;
    • 2 is a paper filter diaphragm inserted under the upper hermetic film (F″);
    • 3 is a second paper filter diaphragm internally applied on the bottom wall (6);
    • 4 is an hydro-soluble product.
    • 4′ is an infusion product.
    • 5 indicates the upper part of the capsule (1).
    • 6 indicates the bottom wall of the capsule (1)
    • 7 indicates a plurality of holes present in the bottom (6) of the capsule (1).
    • F indicates a removable hermetic film attached externally under the bottom of the capsule (1).
    • F′ indicates a film that can be punctured attached above the capsule (1).
    • F″ is a removable hermetic film superiorly attached to the capsule.
  • The clearness of the figures highlights the simplicity of the solution proposed by the present invention, whose inventive core rests primarily in the fact that the capsule (1) presents on the bottom wall (6) some holes (7 externally sealed with a removable hermetic film (F) and can it can be filled both with hydro-soluble products and with infusion products.
  • Any average technical, upon disclosure of the inventive combinations, will now be able to realize by means of simple technical deductions, and without inventive effort, capsules to obtain hot beverages from hydro-soluble or infusion products, presenting the inventive features that are specific of the present invention, as basically described, showed and hereinafter claimed.

Claims (4)

1) A capsule containing hydro-soluble (4) or infusion products (4′) to obtain hot beverages characterized by the fact that the bottom wall (6) presents holes (7) especially dimensioned to allow the outflow of the process liquid and it is sealed from the outside through a film (F) removable only at the time of usage.
2) A capsule as in claim 1, characterized by the fact that the upper part (5) is sealed by an external film (F″) that can be punctured or removed only at the moment of its use.
3) A capsule as in previous claims, characterized by the fact that under the upper removable film (F″) is inserted a paper filter diaphragm (2) allowing the uniform distribution of the process liquid, and avoiding the leaking of the packaged product (4, 4′).
4) A capsule, as previously claimed, characterized by the fact that when the products packaged in the capsule (1) are not hydro-soluble products (4) as powder milk, but are infusion products (4′) as ground coffee, on the bottom wall (6) is internally attached a paper-filter diaphragm (3) that filters the infusion withholding impurities and extending the duration of the infusion process, improving the quality of the obtained espresso.
