Abstract

A pair of fishing trousers comprises two waterproof fabric layers, an adhesive layer and a waterproof adhesive layer. The waterproof fabric layers are partially superposed to form two connecting portions. The adhesive layer is provided between the connecting portions, and between an upper surface and a lower surface of the adhesive layer and the waterproof fabric layers is formed a sticking surface, respectively. Thereby, the waterproof fabric layers can be bonded together, so as to improve the waterproof effect. The waterproof adhesive layer is the innermost layer of the fishing trousers and coated on the connecting portions. After the respective layers of the fishing trousers are bonded together, they can be heated and pressed by passing two rollers to improve the bonding strength, thus improving the waterproof effect.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a pair of fishing trousers, and more particularly to a pair of fishing trousers which is bonded by multi-waterproof layers so as to achieve the best waterproof effect.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the structure of a conventional pair of fishing trousers 10 comprises waterproof fabric layers 11 and 12 and a waterproof adhesive layer 13. The waterproof fabric layers 11 and 12 are partially superposed to form connecting portions 111 and 121. A seam 14 is passed through the connecting portions 111 and 121 so as to connect the waterproof fabric layer 11 to the waterproof fabric layer 12. The waterproof adhesive layer 13 is the innermost layer of the fishing trousers 10 and coated on the connecting portions 111 and 121. In order to prevent the fishing trousers 10 from being split along the seam 14, the waterproof fabric layer 11 is folded to form the double layered connecting portion 111 in such a manner that the waterproof fabric layer 11 can be connected to the waterproof fabric layer 12 firmly, but the manufacturing process is complicated and the thickness of the connecting portions 111 and 121 is increased. In addition, because of the arrangement of the seam 14, a plurality of pin holes is formed in the connecting portions 111 and 121, which will cause leakage problem. To solve this problem, the connecting portions 111 and 121 must be coated with the waterproof adhesive layer 13 or other waterproof materials. However, the sticking density and strength of the waterproof adhesive layer 13 will also be reduced as a result of the increase of the thickness of the connecting portions 111 and 121, thus influencing the waterproof effect of the fishing trousers 10. Therefore, the conventional fishing trousers 10 is complex in structure and its waterproof effect is not ideal.
  • The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The technical problems to be solved:
  • In order to make it easier to manufacture the fishing trousers and enable the respective layers of the fishing trousers to bond together so as to achieve the best waterproof effect, the fishing trousers met the above-mentioned requirements is developed.
  • In order to solve the above technical problems, the primary objective of the present invention is to provide a pair of fishing trousers comprising at least one adhesive layer provided between two waterproof fabric layers and a waterproof adhesive layer which is the innermost layer of the fishing trousers and coated on two connecting portions, such a structure bonded by multi-layers can solve the conventional leakage problem caused by the seam, thus achieving the best waterproof effect.
  • The second objective of the present invention is to provide a pair of fishing trousers whose layers can be integrally bonded together at one time by the use of the hot pressing rollers after the layers are attached to one another, such that the manufacturing process is simplified, and without the waterproof adhesive layer, the basic waterproof effect can also be guaranteed.
  • The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.

  • FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view showing the respective layers of the pair of fishing trousers in accordance with the present invention being bonded together;
  • FIG. 5 is an illustrative view showing the fishing trousers in accordance with the present invention being bonded together by the use of hot pressing rollers; and
  • FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the pair of fishing trousers in accordance with the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, a pair of fishing trousers 20 in accordance with the present invention comprises waterproof fabric layers 21 and 22, an adhesive layer 23 and a waterproof adhesive layer 24. The waterproof fabric layers 21 and 22 are partially superposed to form connecting portions 211 and 221. The adhesive layer 23 is provided between the connecting portion 211 and the connecting portion 221, between an upper surface of the adhesive layer 23 and the waterproof fabric layer 21 is formed a sticking surface 25, and between a lower surface of the adhesive layer 23 and the waterproof fabric layer 22 is also formed a sticking surface 26. The waterproof adhesive layer 24 is the innermost layer of the fishing trousers 20 and coated on the connecting portions 211 and 221.
  • The waterproof fabric layers 21 and 22 are made of nylon tricot.
  • The adhesive layer 23 is made of hot melt adhesive film, polyurethane (PU), double-sided tape or other hydrolysis-resistant materials.
  • The waterproof adhesive layer 24 is a hot melt tape or a waterproof tape.
  • Referring to FIG. 5, after the respective layers of the fishing trousers 20 are bonded together, they can be heated and pressed by passing two rollers 30 to improve the bonding strength. The heating method can be by blowing hot air 31 as shown in the drawing or directly heating the rollers 30. Therefore, the fishing trousers 20 formed by bonding such multi-layers as shown in FIG. 6 will have the best waterproof effect.
  • In addition, the adhesive layer 23 can be differently arranged according to its material. For example, if the adhesive layer 23 is an adhesive tape or a double-sided tape, it can be pre-bonded to the connecting portions 211 and 221 and then they can be heated, compressed and integrally bonded together by passing through between the rollers 30. If it is a hot melt tape or an adhesive film, the adhesive layer 23, without needing to be bonded to the connecting portions 211 and 221 in advance, can directly enter between the rollers 30, and thus it will be melted by the heat of the rollers 30 and automatically bonded to the connecting portions 211 and 221.
  • It is apparent from the above-mentioned descriptions that the present invention has the advantages described as follows:
  • Firstly, the best waterproof effect: the fishing trousers 20 of the present invention improves the conventional fishing trousers which has the seam, that is, the prevent invention utilizes the adhesive layer 23 as a substitute for the conventional seam to bond the waterproof fabric layers 21 and 22 together, thus solving the conventional leakage problem caused by the pin holes and improving the waterproof effect.
  • Secondly, reasonable structure and simple process: the fishing trousers 20 of the present invention utilizes the adhesive layer 23 and the waterproof adhesive layer 24 to form the structure bonded by multi-layers, which can achieve the best waterproof effect. In fact, without the waterproof adhesive layer 24, the basic waterproof effect can also be guaranteed. Moreover, after the respective layers are attached to one another, they can be integrally bonded together at one time by the use of the hot pressing rollers, and the waterproof effect can be substantially improved at a low cost, such that the cost is reduced and the manufacturing process is effectively simplified.
  • While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
