Abstract

A method that can be incorporated into pick three style lotto games, video slot terminal game, big lotto drum games etc. By using 50 U.S. states and 20 U.S. state capital cities, 12 months, 31 calendar days and 10 national holidays as elements combine together to form rules for games played like the prior arts lotto style games and video slot terminals played in casinos. The present art is good for all countries that have lotteries and casinos, to form a national lottery game.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention
The invention relates generally to lottery systems, for conducting lottery type lotto and video terminal gaming systems. More particularly, the invention relates to lottery games that incorporate 10 national holidays, 20 U.S. state capital cities, 50 U.S. states, 12 U.S. presidents, 12 months of the year, 31 days of month, as an alternate to the prior art numerical balls lotto games, that uses a lotto drum machines for picking lotto balls.
2. Background of the Prior Art
The evolution of lottery games has evolved from the original passive draw-type lottery to instant winning games and then on to pick three and pick four games and then to lotto jackpot type games. The passive draw-type game included a purchase of a pre numbered ticket. These tickets were generally sold in ascending numerical order and after a certain period of time a winning number of one of the tickets sold were selected and the prize was awarded to the holder of the ticket bearing the winning number.
Instant winning games were introduced in 1974 which generally included some kind of scratch-off game where a number or a certain number of items were matched according to a predetermined winning scheme.
Next, the pick your own number games were introduced which included the pick three games, the pick four games and the lotto jackpot game. In the pick three and pick four games, three or four numbers, respectively are chosen and must be matched in consecutive order with the winning number produced by the lottery operator.
The jackpot lotto game is played by picking generally six numbers of a selected set such as from 1 to 50.The six numbers may be selected by a computer or may be selected by the player and generally with the long odds of winning on the game, no particular order of numbers is required. The winning numbers are generally selected from a box containing ping pong balls numbered from 1 to 50, for example.
The players of these lottery games prefer the better odds of winning available from the pick three and pick four games, but on the other hand, the large jackpots are only available in the lotto games which have extremely long odds. The factors of the foregoing games have lead to a general decline in their popularity.
The long term result has been a continual decline in sales due to jackpot fatigue and disenchantment with the possibility of winning any significant prize.
In view of the foregoing it can be seen that there is a need for a new lotto game which gives players an alternative to the numerical balls lotto games, where balls are picked from lotto drums machines. Therefore, there is a need for new games that will reinvigorate player interest.
The Present Art is a novel method that can be play like the prior art lotto games, while bringing a new appearance and rules, making the games more exciting to play.
The Present Art can be played by using U.S. presidents, National holiday's U.S. states, U.S. state capital cities, months, days and could be played as a national lotto game for countries with lottery systems. Players can then support their countries with the new games.
The Present Art will have new and unexpected results for players and the lottery and casino industries games.

OBJECTS AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of the invention to provide a game design which includes a multiplicity of games with different odds and prize structures.
It is also an object of the invention to integrate all pick your own number type games into picking U.S. national holidays, months of the year, days of the month, U.S. Presidents U.S. states, U.S. state capital cities as elements.
Still another object of the invention is to provide a new lottery and video terminal game which will operate on existing on-line equipment.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a lotto game that will give countries a national lotto game.
These and other objects of the invention will be appreciated by those skilled in the art upon a review and understanding of this specification and the appended claims.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT OF INVENTION

In the following description, methods and embodiments of the invention have been shown and described simply by way of illustration of the best mode contemplated by the inventor of carrying out the invention.
The present art can be used by countries that operates lotteries and casinos to implement a new form of lottery game play. Thus, according to one novel aspect of the present art is it's different than previously known lottery play.
In this example: using elements of the present art, rules are set for playing a pick (3) drum style lotto game (FIG. 1, 2, 3) pgs. (13, 14), and a video slot terminal games (pg.19), players must match one of the (12) months, one of (12) U.S. presidents, one of 31 calendar days for a chance at winning a national holidays targeted prizes or player can pick their own lucky elements for a chance at prizes other than the target prize.
Players will pick one day, one month, and one U.S. presidents, or quick pick play, on a lottery play slip like in drawings FIG.(1) pg. (15).

Claims

1. A method for playing a national lottery, drum style lotto games, video terminal casino games comprising: 12 months of the year, 12 U.S. presidents, 31 calendar days of a month, 50 U.S. states, 20 U.S. state capital cities, national holidays, as the target prizes to play for a series of matches.

2. The drum lotto game of claim 1, wherein 12 months of the year, 12 U.S. presidents, 31 calendar days of a month, is the personal information.

3. The video terminal of claim 1, wherein 50 U.S. states, 20 U.S. state capital cities is the personal information.
