Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a pipeline pump technology, and more particularly to a pipeline pump with thermal protection capable of protecting the pump body under a situation that the pipeline pump is overheated.
  • 2. Related Art
  • In daily life, during use of a water pump, it is often required to mop the floor with water. When there is much water, much labor is required. There is a water pump like a dust collector which sucks water on the floor to dry the floor. An impeller is rotated at a high speed by using a motor, a negative pressure is generated at a water inlet, and the water flows to the place at a low pressure, so that the water is sucked into a pipeline pump. Under a situation of normal use, the water pump may cool the impeller and the pump body by using the sucked water. However, when the water is pumped completely, there is no water to cool the pump body and the impeller, and after the water in the chamber of the pump body is evaporated completely, the temperature of the pump body rises very quickly. At this time, if there is no thermal protection, the impeller will be damaged in dozens of seconds to several minutes.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The technical problem is solved by the present invention by providing a pipeline pump with thermal protection capable of stopping a water pump in time from working under a situation that a pump body is overheated.
  • The technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the technical problem is: a pipeline pump with thermal protection, including a motor, where a handle is arranged on the motor, a pump body is arranged on a motor shaft, a water outlet and a water inlet are arranged on the pump body, an impeller is arranged inside the pump body, one side of the pump body is fixed and sealed with a pump cover, a temperature detecting device is fixed on the pump body, and the temperature detecting device is connected to a temperature control circuit board.
  • In order to be capable of achieving better effect in the thermally conductive aspect, and not to influence normal working of the pump, the pump body is made of a copper material, a blind hole is provided on the pump body, and the temperature detecting device is sealed on the pump body through a thermally conductive adhesive.
  • Another structure capable of achieving the thermally conductive effect is as follows, a copper insert is arranged between the pump body and the impeller, a blind hole is provided on the inside of the pump body, and the temperature detecting device is sealed on the pump body through a thermally conductive adhesive.
  • For convenience of mounting the pipeline pump, for convenience of mounting the temperature control circuit board and in order that the appearance does not appear swollen, a bracket is arranged below the motor, a temperature control box is arranged inside the bracket, the temperature control circuit board is mounted inside the temperature control box, and a temperature control box cover seals the temperature control box.
  • In order to be capable of better detecting the temperature, the temperature detecting device adopts a thermosensitive resistor.
  • Beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows: the thermosensitive resistor is adopted to monitor the temperature of the pump body and the impeller, and once the temperature of the copper pump body is excessively high, the circuit board outputs a signal to cut off the power source of the pipeline pump, and the pipeline pump stops rotating, so that the damage on the impeller caused by the excessively high temperature of the pump body and the impeller so as to be incapable of working normally can be effectively prevented.
