  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Although specific embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, it should be understood that such embodiments are by way of example only and merely illustrative of but a small number of the many possible specific embodiments which can represent applications of the principles of the present invention. Various changes and modifications obvious to one skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains are deemed to be within the spirit, scope and contemplation of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIG. 1, there is illustrated the mascara container 10 with the separate applicator 30. The container 10 is generally rectangular. The interior of the container 10 has canals 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 filled with different tones and colors. The applicator 30 has a handle 32 and a brush 34 at its distal end 36. The brush 34 is in a horizontal position, not vertical as with prior art brushes. When in use, the brush 34 leaves different colors on eyelashes at the same time.
  • FIG. 2 illustrates the applicator 30 and its brush 34 within the container 10. FIG. 3 illustrates the container having single aligned canals 12A with a single color within the container 10.
  • FIG. 4 illustrates a multiplicity of different containers 40A, 40B, 40C and 40D each with a single color and one also including a star pattern. The stars are one of the logos of the present inventor. This type of mascara has different designs patterns as decorative flakes inside of one color mascara. When applied to eyelashes or eyebrows it leaves not only one color trace, but also a mini-piece of artwork on it.
  • FIG. 4A illustrates a multiplicity of patterns applied to eyebrows 40AA and to the eyelashes 40BB.
  • FIG. 5 illustrates containers 40E, 40F and 40G with a multiplicity of aligned colors.
  • FIG. 6 illustrates eyelashes with a multiplicity of simultaneously applied different colors.
  • FIG. 6A also discloses the concept of having a multiplicity of colors applied to eyelashes. The colors can be applied as two, three, or four or more different colors as illustrated in FIG. 6A. In these one “multicolor mascara” can have two, three, four or more colors.
  • Through the present invention, an eyelash is automatically simultaneously colored with one or any multiplicity of colors by an applicator brush head with brushes which come in contact with different colors in the container.
  • FIG. 7 illustrates a double lip liner 50A, which liner leaves two distinct lines on the lips. FIG. 8 illustrates a three-in-one applicator 50B including a separate lip liner, lipstick and lip gloss. FIG. 9 illustrates a double lipstick 50C. FIG. 10 illustrates a pyramid 50D with four colors of lipstick. The benefit of this is to have four different colors at different times. They come in four different color combinations and can only be used two at the same time, but not four. After use of the first two top colors, you can use the second two colors as an option to be used as a brand new lipstick after the two top colors are finished. FIG. 11 illustrates a two-in-one 50E lip liner and lipstick. FIG. 12 illustrates a multicolored lipstick 50F.
  • FIG. 13 adds a multicolored lipstick with only two of the lipsticks lifted for purposes of application.
  • FIG. 14 illustrates a multicolor lipstick with only three separate applicators illustrated.
  • FIG. 15 illustrates a lipstick with a multiplicity of separate colors with six separated applicators illustrated.
  • FIGS. 13, 14 and 15 are the same multicolor lipstick. It is designed to be used as single or more colors at once for different application combinations and directions over the lips. Horizontal, vertical, sideways, single lines, double lines, etc. The shape of a single line on a multicolor/purpose lipstick could be in a different shape as well in order to leave beautiful traces behind on a lip, such as the shape of a star, flower etc.
  • For all the variations of two or more different colored lipsticks, the container includes a double mechanism where only one single color is turned for application or any selected subgroup of colors or all color can be turned for application to the lips. In FIG. 15, all six colors are lifted at the same time. In between each separate color there can be a separate plastic wall.
  • FIG. 16 illustrates bottles 60A with two separate colors of nail polish, each having a single brush for each color. There are walls between the colors.
  • FIG. 17 illustrates bottles 60B with a multiplicity of separate nail polish color chambers and applicators each having a multiplicity of brushes which correspond with the separate colors.
  • FIG. 18 is a separate view of two applicator brushes 60C and 60D each having a multiplicity of applicator brushes to apply different colors to fingernails. The brushes can be used individually or in any sub-combination or all together. It is the same views of the same applicator as described above.
  • FIG. 19 illustrates a fingernail 70 with a multiplicity of colors applied to the fingernail.
  • FIG. 20 illustrates the use of self-adhesive paper 80 and multicolor nail polish applications. The self-adhesive paper 80 is useful for accurately aligning the colors applied to the fingernails.
  • FIGS. 21 through 26 illustrate the concept of having a multiplicity of hair colors applied. In each case, there is an applicator such as a cap 100 and the cap contains within it a multiplicity of tubes of different colors such as 110 red, 120 blue, 130 green and 140 yellow.
  • The way the applicator works is that the applicator is removed from its bottle and then the one of more colors that are desired to be applied to the hair are squeezed out of the respective tubes so that color is aligned with the hair. Thereafter, a brush is used to brush the color through the hair so that the hair winds up with multiple colors. This is illustrated in FIG. 22 where you can see a multiplicity of different colors that have been applied.
  • FIG. 23 illustrates a single line of color 150 applied to a strand of hair.
  • FIG. 24 illustrates a double bottle having two separate colors with two separate tubes of colors that can be applied to the hair.
  • FIG. 25 shows a three-color bottle brown, orange and black which can be applied to different portions of the hair for different colors.
  • FIG. 26 is a four-color bottle with four different tubes of color that can be applied to the hair.
  • FIG. 27 has a dark side and an orange-red side and also shows the bottle having the two colors with the tubes so that the tubes can be squeezed out on to the respective sides of the hair and the color run through the hair to create the dark half on one side and the light red on the other side.
  • FIG. 28 is a more modem hair style where the hair color is orange on one half and dark on the other half and the lipstick matches the hair color with the upper lips being the same dark color as the hair and the lower lips being the same bright orange color as the hair.
  • FIG. 29 illustrates the hair with black on one side of the head and orange on the oppose side of the head.
  • FIG. 29 illustrates having the hair color where sparkles have been added to the color of the hair.
  • In each case, the applicator is a tube of color which is squeezed up from the applicator cap onto the hair and then the color is run through the hair so that the color is applied to the hair.
